i wonder if it could be related to network lag since neither reinstalling or validating the game files works for you what kind of connection do you use?

do you play warframe through steam? if so i would try validating the game files and if that doesn't help try to uninstall it and reinstall it , don't know about the menu thing though

just was able to log on i tried by closing the launcher completly and let it start up again letting it check for updates and was able to log in , there was a message concerning the new privacy policies maybe that's the reason
