This might sound odd, but I would go to the help desk and submit a ticket about it. I have done this a few times when I haven't found an answer for a question I have on the forums or the FAQ. Might be a few days for an answer because of the big update coming out, but you'll get a solid answer.

Interesting user name... Any who, no. As much as it is exciting to see on the site's home page, they are probably putting it out in advance on the home page because they plan on releasing it in the morning. (When ever DE time zone is.) Just hold tight, its a com'en!
