Upon updating warframe through steam it closed and reopened and changed the background to wisp prime. then started a 3.3Mb download; upon finishing the launch will close and reopen continuously. UPDATES : 1. I have tried to verify the cache on steam + launcher but it queues the verification process behind the download and will never start. (warframe is its on launcher so steam can not verify it) 2. I have tried turning off bulk download and other options but nothing seems to work. SOLUTION---> In comments see :
