100% it takes wayyy to long to drop 3+ forma on frames and 5+ forma on every weapon i wanna try a riven on now, i have to stop playing like every hour that im on because leveling is even more of a snooze fest now

Transistor Shield volt is the only build on volt i use, and i wouldn't say its "op" but its extremely good. Basically lets volt scale into high level missions with ease.

For example, if you're Master Rank 17, the weapon would be put back to Rank 17, and if you're Mastery Rank 25, the weapon would be put back only to Mastery Rank 25. They're reason being that, paraphrased of course, "If you're that level of Mastery, you've done all this ranking before, and your Mod Capacity is already at that level, it doesn't make so much sense to make you start back at the very beginning every time, and gives major intensive to Players to rank their Mastery up even more to make the process just a little easier".
Whether or not this comes to pass is another matter.
That makes more sense than completely restarting, since you don't gain mod points until you hit your mastery level anyways
