Actually I am. I was born via a C-section, and thanks to harsh rehab in my first years I'm able to walk (I wouldn't be able to otherwise).

Industry awards are dudebros giving each other meaningless pats on the back based on personal connections and bribes. DE probably didn't suck up enough (money spent wise) to the totally fair and not at all biased jury. The only proper stance on award shows is "stop wasting time and money on this trash".
(In layman's terms: You DON'T get awards for making something good. You DO get awards either for being a bootlicker, representing the interests of the ruling class, or so that the ruling class can improve their image by leeching off your work*)
*Parasite won oscars not because the jury actually thought it's a powerful and important critique of capitalism, it won because the jury knew they need to appear to be at least partially anti-capitalist in order to improve their "old white men" image.

Saryn's name was specifically changed from "Sarin" (a chemical weapon) because DE didn't want to directly reference the substance (after a person who got attacked with it asked them not to do so).

Mag, I know you're trying really hard to be some sort of e-celeb here on forums, but being contrarian for no reason isn't the best way to do it.The grind is waaaaaay too high. But that's not even the biggest problem. The problem is that this event is designed like a job for robots, and no rewards would make it worth it to waste time on it.
inb4 "but eidolons are worse" Yes, exactly, and that is why I never ever intend on fighting eidolons either. Teralyst was boring enough for me.
As I said somewhere else, I wouldn't play it even if I was given 1 million platinum PER mission. I'd think about it if they gave me real money instead, since the whole thing is built like a boring corporate work, and that's grounds for real payment.

Except OP is comparing products, not people. If you treat a videogame (a product on the market, with a price tag, regardless of it's "free to play" status) the same as a human being with emotions and personality, you need to rethink your life choices.
Emotionally tying yourself to a brand is a bad idea. Disconnect yourself.

It's heking time stuff stopped being efficient and got actually fun and engaging. If the "event" revolves around me standing still and being a turret, firing bramma into a static glowing orb as Inaros, then there is something wrong with the game that it allows me to do that.
How the actual hek am I supposed to be afraid of sentients/get excited for the new war if they are literally nothing in-game?
We have enough grind for rewards in the game, events should be focused on lore, immersion and fun above anything else. I'd take actually engaging boss fight with ZERO rewards altogether above a mobile defense mission with new model for the console, no matter what rewards I'd get for it.

Pretty much every single enhancement/mod vendor in the game does this if you actually pay attention. In fact, the only thing that doesn't (iirc), Riven mods, still have an option to view them at full rank (regardless of current rank) when rerolling them.

Its way more convenient to look through 1 bloated Megathread which was created by like 25 individual topics in which all comments are sorted by time posted instead of sorted by the original topics. That way all previous discussions get pulled apart and mixed randomly so it becomes much more easy to follow and understand the discussions compared to having them all seperated in single Threads designated to one topic.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
I am pausing my work on the SttE project and consequently, this thread. While there is still a lot (and I mean easily double+ than what is currently in here) I had in mind and in various stages of progress, I have recently found more interesting (and more portfolio-relevant) things to work on. Not to mention me basically losing interest in Warframe in general. Not to mention essentially zero engagement this thread has garnered.
Note that I said I'm PAUSING, not quitting. Since I like what I made here, I'll most likely return in a more coherent, better structured thread at some point.
