  1. He's a Frame that has nothing to him, being a Jack of all without a specific niche. At best he's a Weapons platform with a Debuff that's enemy capped. At worst, he's a weapons platform with a Debuff that's enemy capped with the WORST synergy in his kit I've ever seen. The fact that his shield regen is so bad, requiring either mandatory Rolling Guard or two of the shield recharge delay mods to actually allow it to regen is horrible. This is despite his kit seemingly having the tools to actually let it function, Sentient Wrath, but since it is enemy capped and needs to travel it's full duration before it can fire again, alongside it's long animation, it fails to function with his kit. Him being a weapons platform also suffers from the Sentient having a hit box which eats up ammo and depending in the weapon type, cause self stagger. Fission Strike, in addition to having an animation so long that it's comical, also doesn't show the armor strip fallout area, locks you in place which results in you not being able to shield regen if you happen to lose your shield at that moment, and pulls in a way that enemies in ragdoll from Sentient Wrath will actually be flung through the point of implosion. it's is WILD how horrible the synergy in his kit is, it feels almost deliberate.
  2. She's a Frame that's for sure. Truthfully she feels way too close in concept to Kullervo and was released in such a close window that I can't really think to differentiate them. Making them blend together honestly.
  3. "If they don't like it they should LEAVE" "Well they just need to find a group" But the moment you get told that your abilities are disruptive: "Awww please don't be mean to me, despite my abilities are disruptive. I can't help it, I can't do anything about it." You're fine telling people to leave, use other game modes, use other modes, and even say that as a random lobby you should just "Deal with it". But when you're on the other end, suddenly everyone HAS to respect you or else it's the end of the game and super toxic. That, You shouldn't be on pubs go look for a Premade game. How about you take your own advice then and: 1. Or 2. Seems easy enough if you want others to do it, you should do it to.
  4. Wait so they have to follow YOUR rules, but you don't have to follow theirs? What kind of self entitled bs is that?
  5. "So what if his abilities are disruptive to the game and the rest of the team. I want to play!" Like cool, you'd admit that his abilities are an actual bother and disruptive force to the team and your response is "Well it's not MY problem!"
  6. The same response I'd give to people who liked to play Old Hydroid or Old Inaros. "Cool, enjoy him." Like enjoy them as much as you want, but don't try to tell me that a they're good.
  7. Yeah Limbo sucks because his main ability fails to work on the enemies you want them to work against due to their high threat priority, and thus you're stuck with a Weapons Platform frame that has no inherent survivability against those High Priority Targets you are meant to 'handle' and aa buff that only exists through an Augment. At that point, just use any other Frame that can also be a weapons platform and have their abilities function against those priority targets. And don't even get me started on "But it stops guns!" When there are factions that are melee based and Exists whose whole subgenre is that they use melee and move fast. Which your ability that is meant to stop them from moving is useless against. It's even worse when most of the time CC will slow down a game mode to a crawl, due to needing kills to progress. Yeah thanks Limbo for Stasis the whole tileset, now we gotta look through each and every room to find that one Enemy to kill to progress the Defense Wave.
  8. If they want to reign in power creep, reign in everything else around it then. Don't let enemy armor scale so high that a Basic Heavy Enemy has a Higher EHP than a field boss*. Don't let enemy damage go so high that the community decided that constant invul was the best way to survive in high level content. Don't let enemies have mechanics to encourage interactive gameplay, but then slap on another layer of HP that just pushes the DPS that's the reason for the power creep in the first place. Seriously I'd actually agree with the Overguard causing issues, if not for the fact that a Max Primed Redirection Harrow with Parasitic Armor and constant Life Steal is LESS effective at base Steel Path despite having exponentially higher EHP than regular Harrow builds. *Seriously the fact that a Heavy Gunner has 10x the health of an Acolyte is insane. Imagine playing L4D and a Basic Infected has more health than a Tank.
  9. Honestly if they nerf Smeeta without really approaching why people like to run the Resources Doubling Pet in a Resource Gathering game, well I'd say I would he surprised but the weeks proceeding showed that they can be absolutely Tone Deaf. All I know is, if there's a game where a weapon can cost 30k of a resource that's you can only get 100 at a time interval of 1 minute and they decide to nerf the thing that can double resources. I'd assume that they're a predatory gatcha game.
  10. The funny thing is, the reason we see them as so weak is that they're Overturned, resulting in us having to quickly overkill them to the point we THINK that they're pushovers. Since they're abilities are so goddamn powerful with like zero counter play for most of them, we just have to One Shot Kill them otherwise the same happens to us. Making it a game of tag. Like I'm surprised that Malice's Mag Bubble can be rolled out of, when Misery's Acolyte Shadows are Uninterruptable, Violence Silence can't be cut short except with another Silence (Or Nekros Nullifiers, fun fact), Malice's uncancellable Turbulence and his Rag Doll stun lock (That goes through Invincible abilities by the way, learned that from using Wukong's Defy) , Tempest's 'Screw You who cares if I'M rooted I'll still use my abilities!' Tidal Surge, and Angst'... Well she's there. Since there's no real interaction to really be Had with them, you just have to DPS and kill them down before they can really do anything or else they'll just have free roam.
  11. The reason everything is so 'Homogenized' to AoE DPS, is because everytime we find a different way of play, we get people screaming that since it's not solved by blasting it to death it's overpowered and it reduces challenge and it NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. I feel frustrated seeing post where people complain that everything is just handled with DPS, when those some people throw a fit if people suggest that other aspects of the game and mechanics are used to solve the game. People saying that Demolishers shouldn't be CC'd because that would 'make it too easy' when that could easily be another play style or different way of playing that game. But noooooo, "it would reduce the challenge" And then it's immune to CC and this you need DPS frame and damage resulting in the game mode where you need to Slow Down a High Priority Target in to a game mode where using mechanics to slow it down punishes you. Or how about people saying that healers shouldn't heal Defense Objectives. "Awww but then it would reduce the challenge if the Defense Objective gets actually Defended!!!!" It's wild that a game mode where you need to maintain the health of an objective, and Warframes that can HEAL and apply DEFENSE are objectively the worse choice due to how much their healing and defense is limited on that objective. And you people wonder why people just use DPS, when the few time Vazarin found a niche in Defense, you all screamed at the top of your lungs how horrible that this one Focus School DARES to not be a Offense Focused tool. That got Nerfed into the ground, and now Defense is literally better served bringing in an AoE Nuke than a Healer. Most game modes are geared to you killing as fast and as much as possible. Even Alchemy, where the second part is a Parkour Check which is only followed by an extensive DPS check because you NEED to kill a lot and fast to get the Elemental things to activate the Crucible. Bring In A CC that slows down the enemy spawns, and you're objectively doing worse and that's not getting into the fact that there are enemies that further make CC worse thus limiting the actual use of it to help progress the game. As long as that's the overall aspect of the game, people will bring that every where because that's what happens when the overall gameplay, even if there are exceptions to the overall gamemode (Eidolons for example), is... Well Overall!
  12. So you're going to test out a completely new change to a mechanic that has been an issue for years and years and years, just because you won't suck it up and revert the changes. You guys took over a YEAR for the most basic feature of "Overguard cancels out CC" And you expect us to believe you'll fix one of the longest standing and frustrating issues over a HOT FIX?! Yeah, pull the other leg.
  13. Hey for everyone that said that he'd be fine after the Nerf, go suck a Stug.
