1. Juni and Juli are 2 members of the Dolls, brainwashed soldiers who follow the every whim of Shadaloo and its ruler, M. Bison. (Known as Vega in Japan) In their sole playable appearance in Street Fighter Alpha 3, they can fight on their own or in a 2 v 1 "dramatic battle." Acquisition:
The 3 parts of the Psycho Drive can be obtained by defeating Vor & Kril, Alad V & Zanuka, & Sprag & Ven'kra Tel for the 1st time. The blueprint is obtained upon buying the Ludoplex from Cephalon Simaris. After constructing the Psycho Drive & finishing Veilbreaker, an option to fight Juni & Juli as Kahl becomes available. The mission takes place in the Void, where the duo has already destroyed all the security systems & enemies. Kahl then fights the duo with his Machete and the Stradavar Prime. (During the match, the Dolls will not use Custom Combos or Psycho Charge)
Passive:
Juni & Juli are not Warframes, and as such, they aren't affected by transference fields, such as Kuva Trokars, or Transference Static. Transference is replaced with Psycho Streak, which is effectively the same. Both Dolls will salute instead of doing anything during Transference, but they can still respond to emotes.
The player begins the mission as Juni. Special 1: Baton Pass
If there is only 1 Doll in play, the other will be summoned with this ability, teleporting in via Mach Slide. Otherwise, the playable Doll switches.
Special 2: Inputs
Use Inputs on the ground or air to use Spiral Arrow (As Juni) or Sniping Arrow (as Juli). These attacks only differ visually, and are used to do a jumping kick forward with good distance. Use it while crouching on the ground to use Cannon Spike, a jump kick that goes straight up. Use it in the manner of a ground slam as Juni to use Cannon Strike, a kick that goes downwards. Hold onto the Inputs button as Juli to use Axel Spin Knuckle, an attack with slow start up & invulnerability during its usage. All 4 attacks are used to cripple enemy shields & armor, in addition to doing great damage for 25 energy.
Special 3: Psycho Charge
Juni uses Psycho Charge Alpha, restoring her health, while Juli uses Psycho Charge Beta, restoring her energy. This also restores nearby allies. Hold the button and the Dolls will teleport to each other, using their Psycho Charge on each other. This ability costs 75 energy.
Special 4: Custom Combo
The Dolls emit a powerful purple aura and purple after images. While the Custom Combo is active, they can do everything faster in a matter that allows them to "combo" everything into each other. This is done with the following buffs for the Dolls. Doubled movement. Doubled fire rate & attack speed for all weapons. Instant weapon switch speed. 100% Ammo Efficiency Free use of abilities, which have no endlag. Transference is replaced with Transcendence, which is controlled by a CPU. Invulnerability. This ability requires 300 energy to activate, costs no energy initially, & drains 30 energy per second.
Unique Weapons:
All weapons are purchased from Noembelu and Février in the Iron Wake after unlocking Juni & Juli. Bison Bracers (Called "Psycho Bracers" in Japan) These Shadaloo gauntlets have high status chance. Their heavy attack is replaced with the Earth Direct suplex, which takes no time to charge. When used by the Dolls, the Bison Bracers do more Earth Direct damage. Equipping these on the Dolls doesn't change them, as they already have them cosmetically equipped. Noembelu's Hatchets They're just a weapon skin lol Ingram Mac-10 The signature weapons of Février. A pair of dual firearms with awful range, they are made viable by their high status & crit chance, paired with Toxin & Radiation damage. Juni's Pistol The silenced pistol that a brainwashed Juni used to kill her own family and prove loyalty to M. Bison. Its headshot damage is lethal, with high crit and status chance, at the cost of losing effectiveness from afar. In the hands of a Doll, it gains more accuracy, allowing them to be further away when landing the killing blow. Pogamoggans The signature weapons of Lily, a fellow member of the Thunderfoot tribe. When Juli or Juni spend their turn with these weapons, their attack speed is increased. The pogamoggans are dual sword weapons which replace the heavy attack with Condor Wind, which increases ability strength for 15 seconds when used. Santamu's Spear Unlike the other weapons, this spear is related to a Doll who doesn't actually appear in this concept. It fires Psycho Shots which deal Radiation and Toxin damage, and is spun around before being thrown, which hurts enemies in range.
Easter Eggs:
Certain bosses will have altered dialogue for the Dolls. Killing a boss during a Custom Combo will result in the same sound effect played in Alpha 3 when defeating an enemy with a super combo. A special button in Arsenal can be used to start as Juli, which also allows her to be used in hubs and customized. Konzu and the Father have unique dialogue with Juli. Konzu will reference the Thunderfoot tribe and T. Hawk, feeling sympathy, while the Father will ask her for advice on keeping his marriage up. Kahl has unique dialogue with Juni. Juni has a unique animation when petting Kavats, referencing her love of cats. If you hold the pause button while selecting Juni and Juli, Balrog will briefly appear, as a reference to his secret unlocking method in Alpha 3. He will be hit by a serving tray, walking away grumbling as Juni/Juli jump in, referencing Karin's intro animation. Before fighting Juni & Juli, Kahl has to fight Noembelu & Fevrier, referencing the Street Fighter IV OVA. Noembelu uses her hatchets (fighting like a Flameblade) while Fevrier uses her Mac-10s, running at Kahl guns blazing. Noembelu and Fevrier can be found at the Iron Wake after unlocking Juni and Juli, having a brief conversation with the player.
