End of mission screen stating "expired" instead of Exp earned

So I am trying to, you know, play the game with a level 25 Mesa (to get affinity as well as other resources in survival) But every time I finish the level, my Mesa gets no affinity [EDIT: So it turns out that I still get the affinity, but it doesn't show this on the menu] and shows up with "expired" (seen in the low res picture) Please help
