You are talking about a completely different thing, I meant future optimizations when it comes to performance, not game bugs (gameplay related), what does game bugs have to do with the DX changes anyway? Exactly nothing.

Yea, I mean .... nobody can expect to play "modern" games with only DX10, so I don't think that's a big deal.
I am very excited when devs say "Optimizations", there are many devs that completely don't care about optimizations in their games, all they care about are skins, batlepass stuff and any other ways how to make money, meanwhile their games are running terribly, yet they still make money, sad.
Optimizations always first !

I have two screenshots lying here for a while (I was lazy to upload them) , these are from ESO maps ,yet again, we can see how the lighting in this game is "well-balanced" ...

That's a lot of lighting right there (it may look like OK on a screenshot, but trust me, it was hella bright for my eyes), absolutely the opposite of the screenshot above

This is another perfect example how the game is so bright (almost white) in some cases,with default brightness/contrast values and most of the color/brightness settings that could mess with it OFF ,just look at her,I can barely see her eyes.
Honestly do not delay DE , this is how people can get headaches...

Lighting in Warframe became so horrible,dark is too dark and bright is too bright,finding the right balance?Impossible.
I've been looking for a balanced settings of brightness and contrast myself and comparing screenshots,there is no balance between light and darkness,so it seems having it default (50/50) is probably best,yet some specific maps will make you blind or you will need a flashlight.
Bloom is off,color correction off constantly , I've been trying to turn off Volumetric Lighting,Glare,Ambient Occlusion and Dynamic Lighting, it did not helped. (not using HDR)
At this point,I feel like the lighting in Warframe needs to be revisited completely .
Hopefully, an RX580 isn't considered as "older technology" ... 🙂

Seriously,RJ is becoming more and more unplayable,it causes unstable connectivity between all players,premade or not.
Sometimes there is no problem,everything goes smooth,until you launch and create another session from DD,sometimes it's like RJ gets badly loaded and it's totally lagging.
Everytime everyone thinks it's the hosts fault,but it's not,ping usually 60,it feels more like a packet loss,but it's never the host,I've seen it multiple times and nothing is actually helping,only going to DD,starting the mission again and hoping the session will not get laggy again.
What should I specify?The whole session is just laggy - ships are not moving but teleporting,doors won't open,sometimes you'll get a blackscreen or you'll get stuck somewhere,especially playing as a boarder,your camera sometimes freeze in one place,your operator will spawn somewhere else than you are right now,your weapons act like they are unmodded and more and more,there is a huge list,it's like you were playing with 400+ ping...
And I keep getting this since RJ was released,there is no fix and it's completely ruining the RJ experience,because I want to farm RJ,but sometimes people just give up,because of multiple bugs in multiple sessions.
I've already made a bug report thread about one of the worsts bugs,but this is a huge problem too.

Well,but this isn't WFS fault,the problem is on the Twitch side and probably in your browser.
Just google "twitch error 2000" , I can only suggest to clean your cookies in your browser.

Yeah,without a screenshot it's hard to tell anything.
It could be just a visual bug,sometimes some textures are badly loaded,so they are not loaded at all,just black,it can happen.

No,there is no way to turn it off.
Maybe consider if you are ready for Kuva Liches,I can guess that you are a newbie/Low MR,so this content is maybe a bit above you,I mean if you can't even defeat a prosecutor then well...you need to get better warframes,weapons etc..
That's like taking an unranked Warframe into a lvl 100+ mission,if you get the point.

I've already reported this serious bug in one of the hotfix threads,yet still it's here since RJ was released,I was hoping it was fixed,but it's still here,DE please.
SpoilerThis is seriously a very annoying bug - /unstuck , omni or even starting another mission isn't working,ESC-Menu doesn't even exist,leaving to dojo will fix the screen thing,but you will be still stuck in AW animation...... and it happens only after you leave a crewship,all you see is black/blue and you are...somewhere,sometimes I've noticed you are in our RJ ship,sometimes you just fall out of the map and you are .... in the void I guess,non-existent.

Hello there,
so we have been in Veil,Gian point and we got a new fresh bug - no crewships were spawning,even after destroying all the fighters - just nothing.
And that's pretty much it,nothing else to do.

Not sure if this was reported already here,but...
When we entered the Sentient Ship,someone's kavat turned into KAVATZILLA and went huge in size,i guess it's completely random bug because I've seen it only once,I took a few screenshots,so here they are :

Hello,
so my converted Kuva Lich,when he spawns in a mission to help me,is never attacking the enemy.
I was looking at his behaviour,he is just following me and when he actually goes to attack the enemy - he will not,he is just looking at them,doing nothing,his AI is somehow broken. I don't think I've ever seen him using any abililty.
His name is LARGG STOR made from Ember Prime and he is an Kuva Shildeg user,and that's pretty much it.
Kuva Liches as allies are at this moment useless (they need a bigger purpose) , but still,if they spawn,they can at least attack something,right?

Were you thinking about upgrading to Win10 ? I mean,I used to be a Win7 user and I was refusing to upgrade,so I've waited,now I am using Win10 for one year and I have to say - it's good and I can't complain,it's smooth,think about it.
No reason to debate about viruses,they can remove anything,even half of your HDD,but that's clearly not the case atm.
Contacting the Warframe support could be worth it.
Let's try a few things:
1,Defrag your HDD.
2,Update your Windows via Windows Update.
3, Check your disk via Windows - https://neosmart.net/wiki/chkdsk/#CHKDSK_in_Windows_8_or_81
4,Make sure you are not running too much or not needed background apps.
5,Unistall any apps you don't really needed,then use CCleaner and clean your registry with it.
6,Do a system file check: (yes it's copied from Google,but it's accurate)
- From the desktop, press the Win+X hotkey combination and from the menu select Command Prompt (Admin).
- Click Yes on the User Account Control (UAC) prompt that appears, and once the blinking cursor appears, type SFC /scannow and press the Enter key.
- This is gonna take a while (depends on how fast is your system).
Let me know if you get any errors/problems,so we can find the cause.
EDIT : Download TDSSKiller , in "Change parameters" check boxes "Verify file signatures" and "Detect TDLFS file system" ,then do a scan ,if something,then let me know again.
EDIT2: If you want your system to be safe before you are going to do something with it,then create a restore point (google it if you don't know how).

Hmmm,interesting,if HDD sentinel says it's OK,then it really should be okay,if you want,you can try "HD Tune", and perform a scan ("Error scan" tab),there is also a "Quick scan" too,in case you don't want to wait long.
Make sure you are running the client and the game as administrator (just locate Warframes .exe files and set it in properties).
Maybe it would be worth to check your laptop for any infections,download Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner and do a test in both of them.
That's hard to say,there could be something wrong in the system,first it sounded like a dying HDD (losing files),but now it's really hard to say what is happening (a virus can do it too,but why would a virus focus on WF?) ,anyway,what's your OS?

You need to chill,RX 550 isn't the best GPU but it's still okay for Warframe,I don't think that's the problem.
His hardware looks okay (unless it's defective),I think there is something in his system wrong.

Also,if you are running anything else than Win10 then make sure it's at least updated via Windows Update ,but Win10 is strongly recommended even for Warframe,keep it updated.

Scan your pc for viruses (Malwarebytes,AdwCleaner) ,make sure you are not running too many background apps,check task manager and make sure something is not using too much CPU/GPU/RAM or HDD activity.
Reinstalling the game completely could help.
