I feel they're trying to make him more of a CC frame than a damage dealing frame considering his tentacles don't do damage for crap. Tempest Barrage doesn't need to be charged it should just be cast and be the way it is charged plus it needs to be way way more accurate. Maybe add some kinda targeting system like Ash's bladestorm. Tidal Surge is fine the way it is. His Undertow should have the healing ability without needing a mod and instead of turning into a puddle make it where it can be placed anywhere you want it. His tentacles again shouldnt need charged unless you want to change the mechanic when doing so. Maybe regular cast does the Kraken where you place them where you want and if you charge it the tentacles come out around Hydroid himself in a 360 radius and follow him for a shorter duration.

If I had to guess since its a weapon, a sentinel, and a frame coming out all levels of relics will be used. Though you cant farm or prepare until it is officially released.

Why not both Clem and Umbra? Clem was sent as a spy to see if the Umbra Project rumors were true and to see what Umbra actually is.

Nezha is one of my favorite newer frames. I think he is fine the way he is though the slipping and sliding does take some getting use to lol. I run Zenurik and turn on firewalker, halo, use spears on large groups, and equip power house weapons.

Let me restate my comment I made about it coming Dec 13th because I had my days confused. If they get it submitted to cert by Dec 5th or Dec 6th then yes I could see it coming by Dec 13th but if its Dec 7th or later considering the size of the update then no I don't think it'll make the 13th probably more like the 15th or 16th.

I've wanted a Vampire frame for awhile now myself. I'm not an artist so I can't do an art concept but for powers I was thinking something like....
Bat Swarm: Summons a swarm of bats that can protect himself (like Amesha swarm) or cast again to make them attack
Blood Thirst: An AoE that drains health from enemies returning it to you.
Bloodline: Channels his inner strength to increase his movement speed, strength, and defense.
Something along those lines anyways I know it needs tweaking and all but just rough ideas.

There are two frames I've wanted for along time now. A time frame and a vampire frame. Your list of powers are good though I would change the name of Time Stop to Stasis. I saw a vampire theme on the forums a little over a year ago that I really liked.

Binding a ship customization to a Warframe would not work, binding it to a loadout would.

Yes binding to a load out is what I meant. I'm on PS4 so the decorator mode hasn't hit us yet and I wasn't sure if that was part of it yet or not. When I say Operator slots I was thinking changing your suit only but now that you mention it changing your face etc in different slots yea that would be odd. Maybe have a screen for facial changes and A,B,C for suit only? Idk.

Its up to you. Some people will sell the new stuff for the first month to make the most profit from it and then get it for themselves. If you're not a Valkyr fan then I'd suggest that. I'm not a fan of her either but I am a fan of Mastery Rank and being caught up when new stuff comes out so I can go back to being on break from Warframe to finish up my other games I'm playing. If you're only mainly playing Warframe though then take your time and go after the Plat and then maybe use that plat to buy what you really want.

So I thought I'd list a few things I'd like to see added to Warframe and most of them is just small quality of life changes but its always nice to see what others would also add so...here..we..go..
A, B, C customization slots for Operators and Ships
"Equip" a ship to frames so when you pick a frame it has a certain ship for it. I say this because I feel certain ships fit certain frames like the Loki skin for Scimitar obviously goes with Loki.
Dojo: Arsenal, pigments (black and white especially), being able to move decorations after built rather than rebuilding, a way to move rooms around without rebuilding, archwing obstical course, a shooting course where targets pop up as you move through it.
Prime Noggles
Be able to have your profile icon and your glyph as two seperate things. I use Loki Prime as my profile icon to show my dedication to him but I'd like to use a different icon like BloodLotus or something as my glyph for in games.

I bought this and I'm happy with it. It was a good change to see something new. I'd like to see another armor set or two but I REALLY want an Imperator Prime Syandana

Banshee Prime Sonicor Prime and Attica Prime would be cool. As far as just Prime frames I'm going to say Banshee > Oberon > Hydroid for our next 3 since its female (Valkyr), female, male, male

Yea sorry I have a life and haven't sat down to watch the devstream yet I was going based off what friends have told me. The other one I forgot to mention was the supposed "bug" that I guess went unnoticed for over 2 years with Auras where Auras now have a 50 meter range in order to take effect that's another real kick in the balls. That and Trinity both are bad. My main point in this thread though is the fact the grind and DE's hunger for money has increased and that's bad for everyone.
Elite Alerts will need a BOOM.

No Shields is still easy just take Rhino, Inaros 4, Nidus, Nezha, Loki, etc its still super easy. The dying one time and DQ'ing you is an idea that would make it worth the reward feel like you accomplished something but again it'd have to be something challenging.
