I guess it's assuming the Profile for the npc called Thursby released by Bis 23:30 last night (UK) was a hint on the release
I can confirm this.

I've been having this issue since U14 went live. I'm hoping that it'll be fixed soon, getting frustrated with being forced to close the game and log in every single time this happens (getting old real fast).
-
I've been seeing this the past several days. I've been trying to get in to Kepler (Phobos) to move on to the next sector but not only do I never get in to any parties, I've been seeing the same names appear on the scrolling list for the past several days straight which leads me to two theories.
1) They're not people, they're farming bots. There is no way any player can play several days straight without sleep and they're "always" on the same map.
2) The server is setting a "maximum" on just how many parties are allowed to play on the same map, preventing anyone else from joining/making them.
I won't be calling out names but my suspicions are starting to feel accurate.

Having this issue myself. I swear, that list of names scrolling past is misleading as I could have sworn I've seen the same name multiple times over "several" days straight (almost like they haven't patched and are still in the mission farming stuff).
-
I've been noticing this as well ever since U14 got patched. Grineer, Corpus, Infested, doesn't matter which. Shields are being ripped apart so quickly that I barely even have time to get to cover fast enough.
-
I've ran in to this problem so many times and they've had plenty of chances to add a "cancel" or "timed out" function these past several patches to make sure this stops happening as it's a real game-breaker being forced to close the game and log back in on a 1/5th basis.
-
Oh dear lord, the Chargers are now hitting almost as hard as Phorid! They never used to be THIS strong!
-
Seems that whatever the patch did, the "loading" screen is showing up much longer then normal (everyones "loaded" their data but the loading screen won't disappear).
-
The Lotus/Ordis dialog after getting a collar is STILL not fixed since 14.0.4!
If there's another part of the quest chain, I'm still not able to get it (it shows up at the Navigation section of the ship but there's no mission available on the navigation map).
-
Still hasn't fixed the Lotus/Ordis VO when you get the collar!
Also, there is still the major issue where randomly upon trying to join a party when selecting a mission, you'll be permanently stuck at the "Please Wait..." window, forcing players to "close" the game.
-
I'm still getting Lotus/Ordis VO's about the "collar" being attached (seems to be related to "it's hatching" Ordis dialog bug the other patch).
Also, after the patch, I can't get my kubrows loyalty up still. I guess the "interact" function counts followed over after the patch. -
I've been running in to the "Please Wait..." popup when trying to select a mission quite a few times now.

I already pulled an all-nighter and it's 10AM. Getting a little frustrated about this...
-
If it gets posted multiple times, it sounds like an evil army of Russian Tennos.

I know the feeling HUNTER. My flatmate returns home tomorrow and I have no idea when the patch will hit.
The longer it takes to release the update, the less time I'll probably have since he uses my PC for War Thunder (his laptop is nearing it's "obsolete" status).
-
That's fine with me, I'll even wait till after midnight for it. :)
Now the one thing I forgot to think about... what to name my kubrow...
-
Great, now all I can picture is a kubrow taking a leak on those life support units in Survival missions. c.c;;;

It's 5:27PM for me right now, how do you think I feel? :P

I can confirm that this is somewhat an issue. At some points, the tracks actually vanish altogether that it requires effort to locate where the nest/calling area might be because there aren't any tracks left to follow.
