The 35.5 update introduced Tab scrolling for the description of Dante's 4th ability. It seems that the effort to implement this feature was made for other Warframes, but it wasn't completed. Several abilities only have one effect listed in their descriptions now with no option to scroll through them. The ones I've noticed are Wisp's motes, Vauban's mines, Titania's Tribute, Xaku's The Lost.
