The RNG loadouts usually hand me something I can, if not exactly excel with, then at least get positively cracked once a couple Decrees roll in. Seriously, people. Get your Decrees going. They're your leveler when the RNG deals a horrible hand out, there's almost always going to be SOMETHING in your first set that can work for you.
