Exact same thing just happened to me. T5 Mobile Defense, Dormant Void Angel bounty, spent the last 1-2 hours scouring the map, every room, every tile, every possible spawn. No waypoint. No angel. Sat in the mission to look up if others had this issue and to my dismay found this thread and many, many others. Full cleared the map, every collectable, every scan target, only to have to throw it all away Very first bounty after the quest. What a lousy introduction to this batch of content.
