  1. A suggestion:

It would be helpful to list the base energy cost of warframe abilities in the arsenal abilities screen. I know not all the warframes follow a 25, 50, 75, 100 pattern. For example, Valkyr is 25, 75, 5, 100. I'd like to be able to refresh my memory without having to check the wiki.

    Thanks!

  2. Here's a bug:

Some of my dojo rooms are stuck trying to polychrome. This happened when the polychrome station was able to fall through the floor. The falling was fixed, but I have some rooms that are stuck without being able to contribute and let it finish. Is there a way to cancel polychroming?

  3. Just a bug, a question, a clarification, and a request:

Bug: Frequently when walking around the liset with my Nova, her head does not move, but her neck does, which looks really weird. I know its a bug, because sometimes her head moves normally.

Question: Are the credit and affinity boosters working like they were before the update? I have Prime Access and they appear in the upper right corner, but I don't know if they're generating the same amount of credits that they were before.

Clarification: I see a ton of affinity orbs drop now. Is that new, or have there always been that many?

Request: It would be awesome if I could block with melee on my archwing.

    Thanks =)

  4. I have been wondering about this same thing. Random PhysX particle freezes. I don't experience it in other games, although I don't play many that use PhysX instead of Havok. I have an NVidia 560, and all the monitoring software indicates it is handling things fine. What I haven't tried yet is to force the system to process PhysX on the CPU instead of the GPU. Since PhysX is an NVidia product, it doesn't seem that doing so would improve things, but I have not tried it. I kind of find it odd that it gives me the option at all.

  5. To the player who has problems with the game not recognizing that the quest is completed:

This happened to me. I just restarted the game and it fixed it.

  6. First of all: "Take heart and believe"

The Toggle Sprint doesn't work. But this is a wonderful opportunity; it never really did. Before, if you had sprint toggled on, it would be shut off if you aimed or fired a weapon. You had to then press toggle sprint again to get it sprinting again.

Now, almost the same thing happens. Whenever you aim or fire a weapon, it reverts back to an "off" state. However, now you have to press it twice; once to actually turn it off, and once to turn it back on. Every time.

Either way, the game has never gone back to the sprint state automatically after firing a weapon or aiming. It would be wonderful if it would actually do this.

    Thanks, and here's another one:

    "Don't fart to conceive"

  7. Can't deploy any extractors. The mission nodes don't think I've completed them no matter how many times I do.

The Mercury Archwing mission won't let me complete it at all. It keeps saying I'm leaving the area when I'm actively pursuing the enemy. Automatic extraction. Can't there be an obvious wall?

Also, why combine the Sprint and Toggle Sprint and make you choose? I use Toggle Sprint all the time on Warframes, but the Archwing isn't so friendly that way.

Lastly, the complete inability to use warframe powers renders some Warframes useless on Archwing, since their stats are balanced by their powers.

Drop rate of mods for Archwing and weapons is low AND my theif wit doesn't work in space, so I have to chase them IF I see them.

Also the Archwing engines are blinding and I have bloom off.

The environments look awesome, but the gameplay is kinda lacking.

The melee guidance is helpful, but kinda gamebreaking. I don't have to aim anywhere near an enemy to have the melee weapon move me to them and hit them.

The new puzzles are interesting, I have to give you props for those.

    The syndicates also show promise.

And the bobbleheads -- um... that's not how I would decorate my liset.

  8. Question: I just noticed in the launcher that both DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 are both checked. I know I didn't check the DirectX 10. What happens when they are both checked? My card is capable of DX11.

    Thanks

  9. Thank You! =)  I am so happy that the open squad count is back. I kind of want to buy you all drinks again. I also appreciated that this was addressed in a recent livestream. It was known; it was coming. The reassurance made frustration leave and patience replace it. It could have still taken months, but I knew it was coming as soon as it could.

    Well done, DE,

  10. Wow! The planets are different sizes and labeled and show resources. That makes a huge difference in navigating that menu. And it looks spectacular! Very visually appealing, yet very clean. Thank You

Now if we could just get number of players on a node somehow =)

Edit: The planets rotate as you rotate them around your warframe! Look at Earth as you move the planets around! It looks AWESOME!

    Again, well done, DE.

I really have to say, U14 was a big venture, and had a lot of bugs. But the amazing speed in the hotfixes and edits has been heroic. I'm almost giddy. The navigation screen update today didn't feel like a bug fix; it felt like awesome new content. It was like Navigation 2.1. And it wasn't even really listed in the notes. It was a discovery that you HAD to stumble across. Open the screen, and WOW! I know everyone at DE is very busy and may not be able to see this post. But if you are at DE and see it, please pass my praise along to everyone. I'd buy you all drinks, but I basically just did with platinum.

    With high-fives and fist-bumps,

  11. PLAYER NUMBERS ON NODES

The new system removed the number of players on a node when moused over. This was an extremely useful feature. Players set on public matchmaking could hotjoin on each other very easily. Now, it is impossible to know where other players are OR other players to know that I am on a mission with an open squad. I met a bunch of fun players this way, and players could help players progress through the planets.

Please, please, please add something like this back. Without this, I find myself doing so many missions solo, but not because I'm set to be solo, just no one ever joins. This happens especially on invasions. I'm sure you've noticed how much longer they've been taking. That's because there's no easy coordination to work on them together.

There are tons of players who state in region chat that they can never find someone to play with. I've asked how the people I do get teamed with found me. Luck. They had no way of knowing.

So, given the new UI, numbers could be written on the nodes within the planet screen, and total players on a planet could be floating somewhere on the planets in the solar system view. Then everyone would know where the action is.

    Thank You.

  12. I just want to give some positive reinforcement here for addressing our numerous bug reports. Thank You, fixing bugs after so much obvious hard work is not the most enjoyable activity.

I have to say that the foundry showing it building what it is ACTUALLY building/ completed outside of the menu (The blue sparklies) IS AWESOME. That looks AMAZING. It never gets old and not so amazing anymore. New Warframe, new weapon, new component, it shows it. Animated. AWESOMENESS!

  13. Ok. I've posted this before, but it is a HUGE problem.

Public matchmaking is crippled and almost non-existent because players cannot see if other players are on a node now. This was not a problem before. Chat is littered with people saying they can't find others to play with. I can accept a node and wait forever and no one will join because no one knows I'm there. I can start the mission and nobody ever joins me because nobody knows I'm there. I can't find where other squads are open to hotjoin into either. Before the update, it was EXTREMELY rare that I would ever do a mission without someone joining me within the first few minutes. This is almost GAME BREAKING.

Also, I know a lot of hard work went into making Mirage, so I want to be constructive. Maybe make the four clones and the disco ball laser lights a lot more transparent so they're not so.... always obstructive?

Also.... if you would remove the massive screen shake on the Prova Vandal when Melee Blocking, I would be SO HAPPY. SO! HAPPY! Please? It's a guaranteed headache, and I love the weapon in every other way.

    Thank You

  14. Ok. I've compiled a list of bugs I've run across:

    Bugs that happen every time:

    1. There is a HUGE lag when anything levels. This happens three times. Once within the mission, once at the extraction summary, and again at the summary after the mission is over and you're back in your ship.

    2. The lotus keeps repeating that the Kubrow collar has been put in place EVERY time I finish a mission.

    3. Arc traps no longer respond to melee weapons. This may have been intentional, but I'm not sure how I feel about it.

    4. There is now no way to see active squads on a node. Now you can only pick a node and hope for the best. This causes difficulty in finding other players at non-peak hours.

    5. There isn't an extremely easy way to see credits and platinum now. It flashes by when you exit some screens where it wasn't on the screen you were looking at, nor the one you're going to. You can see it in the foundry, but there really needs to be a place for it to be seen easily.

    Random bugs that happened:

    6. Got stuck in a loading screen where all players were shown to have a full loading bar. We could all hear gunfire, but the mission never launched.

    7. I turned permanently transparent blue after reviving.

    8. I was doing a survival alert mission where extraction never appeared.

    Feedback:

The DNA stabilizer pack is kinda pricey. Yeah, you get 10, but it would be easier if you could buy them one at a time.

    Thanks

  15. Well done, DE, and I must say, bugs are disappearing quickly.

The problem I keep running into is that there is no indicator of players on a node like there used to be (like when you hovered over it). I used that feature quite a bit to join in on players on difficult nodes; I could easily hover over all the nodes in a system and see where I could help/ be helped since I didn't want to do a node alone. Now, I don't see any way to indicate that. I can confirm a node and wait for players, but no one has any indication that I'm actively waiting for anyone to join.

    Thank You
