  1. Just an fyi, people coined the phrase Omega to be tallest height and the bulky build.

    This is neither bulky nor the tallest height for the athletic build. Tallest height as displayed on male athletic build has the writing just over/under his eyes. The gal version has a shorter stature head but longer ears.

     

    Just some food for thought.

     

    Also, like Sushidubya I thought you had the krypto colors lol.

    this PBR stuff was kinda hard to grasp at first and I'm learning the limitations of the tennogen tool. Making more sense the more I work with it.

     

    Might even do a tutorial after I've learned a lot more.

    Took me a second to notice the little eye and the creepy grin, well done. Make sure to add some texturing patterns for the 3 color pattern options.

  3. I noticed that my game has started crashing after upgrading to windows 10 64bit these days.

    It's random but it is a few times a day.

     

    I also noticed that the Nvidia drivers themselves aren't really stable for windows 10 either.

    Likewise I get random, though more seldom, notices that the video driver stopped and reset.

     

    I have completely uninstalled and wiped the old drivers for the new windows 10 ones but it's still goofy.

     

    Rolling back to windows 7 64bit and the stable drivers seems to resolve the issue.

     

    So I'm trying to determine if it's the drivers or if its just windows 10 being a pain.

I've posted this a few times and I missed getting some feed-back on it posting it in last week's AMA so I'm reiterating here, due to the sheer number of frames we have, the announced upcoming 5 frames being worked on, and many of us who have duplicates of frames, there is so much time wasted re-fitting each frame every time we want to switch play styles, it's a completely inefficient time sink.


     


    Please for the love of everything Tenno, allow us to purchase more frame load-out slots aside from the handful we get from leveling mastery as the one every two levels does not come close to covering the spread anymore :(.


     


    The lack of this basic feature enhancement is becoming more and more frustrating each passing day and compounded with each frame release :(.

  5. Work on mastery. Every other rank unlocks a slot.

    Yes and as stated above the amount of unlocks via mastery isn't enough to support all frames, let alone dupes.

    Not to mention the grind involved just to get a couple slots.

    yes please I have to keep one load out purely for frames that doesn't have a slot yet, I would be have to spend plat to get more loadout slots

    Heh I do this too, my mains have their own slots then I have one generically named "Training" loadout for the slotless.

  7. Why would you say "Purchase"? T_T

     

    They need to be a quest reward, or earned somehow like getting 3+ forma on a frame gives that frame it's own permanent slot.

     

    Though since you said it first, this does seem like a pretty classic F2P cash shop type thing...

     

    Because they already have the purchase table for purchasable "slots" in the game, so they are likely to keep to the same format for load-out slots.

     

    I like Hammer above run themes on all my frames and usually have two of each frame so I've been lacking slots for sometime now :(.

     

    I'm also annoyed that they still haven't fixed the Preview issue when previewing frames to equip, they never look like the actual frame until you fully equip it, and it gets even wonkier if you have doubles of frames lol, but I digress, more load-out slots!

  9. I don't see how it could ever provide less style of configuration, it only opens more doors.

    Yes, not all weapons will be suitable for particular physical elements but that is how the same is built and how real life tends to be lol.

    I can agree with you on the more complicated front, but that comes with the more options and overall I personally think is better to let you play exactly the way you want.

     

    Point is it will drive physical elements to be viable late game over their current status where you are forced into elemental builds.

     

    As far as your last statement, "Specially with the polarities and the trouble of the D mods and what currently is going on with it." it may be that it is just too early for me to connect the dots but I am not clearly seeing your reference here, if you'd mind elaborating.

  10. I don't know if there is ever going to be any enhancements to physical builds ie, more options for physical crit and physical status builds rather than the end game constant of only rainbow element builds.

     

    I personally prefer the physical builds over elemental builds but you cannot deny they are completely inferior late game, due to lack of mods to truly enhance their innate abilities (until recent event mods - but even they are still weaker than ele mods), enemy compatibility (comparable to dual eles), or critical compatible weapons across all weapon platforms (especially shot-guns).

    I'd really like to see more physical crit builds or viable physical status builds like mass bleeds or lay down some rapid fire wep with puncture to keep everyone dancing/staggered.

    I've noticed a handful of weapons include 0% crit but decent to high status chances, but I maybe wrong but last I checked there are none that are zero status chances but high crit.

    I'd just like to see more variety end-game rather than "use these two elements vs this faction, these two vs this one, and finally these two for the last. 

    Perhaps more mods of double physical mods like Rending Strike (across all weapon platforms).
    Mods with options of one physical damage mod with crit chance, crit damage, or status.

    They already scale worse than the elemental mods so maybe invent some combo physical elements once a certain "threshold" (100% added phys element) has been hit - so not every weapon in the game is affected, only those you've officially enhanced the physical elements to?

     

    Hypothetical duo physical combos: 
    Slash + Impact = "Shrapnel" (aoe bleed proc - good vs infested)
    Slash + Puncture = "Pierce/Shred/Impale" (piercing straight shot with bleed proc - good vs grineer)
    Impact + Puncture = "Suppressing fire/Battering" (An enhanced version of the puncture stagger, small aoe push back that causes body impact/collision damage and potential knock down if three or more units collide - good vs corpus.)

    Currently almost every weapon end game is almost built exactly the same regardless of their fun mechanic and potential variances.
     

    Perhaps then potentially fun unique mechanic mods like Hollow point will get some more play.

     

    TL:DR:

    In addition to more critical compatible weapons and better/more options to crit build mods - Hypothetical duo physical combos: 

    Slash + Impact = "Shrapnel" (aoe bleed proc - good vs infested)
    Slash + Puncture = "Pierce/Shred/Impale" (piercing straight shot with bleed proc - good vs grineer)
