Yeah, you must be so smart to figure out that a big company would rather GIVE you something than make you buy it.... If someone forgets that they were supposed to get plat and then buy some, yeah, there's no reason for them to cut in-game bonuses, just make a few measly thousands of extra dollars... Yeah, no reason at all.... you are so smart.

Yes, the Warframe Store says they cannot help with the code. They gave a link to the game support page and told me I had to go there. The support page is a maze because when you click on the link, you have to choose from several very specific topics. Missing the code that is supposed to come with your statue is not one of them. I did select the redeeming a code which is not really the issue since there is no code to redeem. We'll see if they ever answer but the ENTIRE POINT is that the codes no longer come with the statue. @trst may LOVE explaining what is already known AND having to jump through extra hoops to get was was promised but that's not the point of the post. The point is that the statues DO NOT COME WITH THE CODE AS PROMISED. How hard or easy it is to get what was supposed to be delivered is not part of the equation.

So Just an FYI for everyone who orders statues, the last two or three didn't come with the redemption code for the platinum and noggle. Once I can understand but this is looking like a trend that is happening on purpose. It may be that DE is hoping you don't remember the statue is supposed to come with plat so you will buy more so be aware that statues don't come with the plat that was promised. You can't just ask the official store either, they tell you that you have to navigate the maze that is customer support to file a ticket for something that used to just come with orders.
