In latin the word 'mergulis' derives from 'mergo' from what I've read on wikipedia, meaning:

Two words: Speed Holster.

No, I feel the OP's right.

It should make sense that when your primary weapon's magazine is empty, switching to your side-arm is faster than reloading.

This is not the case now, and speed holster should not be the solution to this.

Her first ability should be one-handed, like Smite and Shock, because it uses one hand. Her second and third abilities need new animations, because she does some weird contortionist thing with her head whenever she casts it.

It's not a bug, it's intended.

Is it intended that when I reload before my clip is empty, 2 rocket shots equal 5 arrow shots?!?!?

Because of this I'm rather quick to run out of ammo. 

It's unfair because when the paris has 6 ammo, and you shoot 2 rockets with your kulstar (which has 6 ammo too) which has a magazine size of 3 and you reload leaving your kulstar with 3 in the current magazine and 1 left over. you're left with 1 ammo for your paris prime.

 

Let me try to summarize my bad english (sorry)

 

6 ammo paris prime = 6 ammo Kulstar

(6 total)                        (3 in current / 3 left)

 

you shoot 2 rockets from Kulstar then reload:

 

6 ammo paris prime = 6 ammo Kulstar

(1 total)                        (3 in current / 1 left)

 

 

This is oobviously a bug right?

The blue is your actual gained weapon xp and level, the orange is the bonus you get when you complete the mission. They show you what the bonus is that you've earned so far.

1) The little RPG-element that's present. Basically playing like a badass slashing hordes of enemies  with nice graphics and lore and teaming up with fellow 'superheroes'. And dayum I love those finisher animations.

 

2) The need to grind to get weapons to do that what I said above in higher levels. The being bound to having the strongest gear to play 'higher difficulties' rather than being challenged with my favorite (sounding) weapons.
