  1.

So my question: Is dismemberment possibly tied to the weapon itself, without regard to actual slash damage? (e.g. even if you mod your Vastos to do more puncture damage than slash, they will still get dismemberment because they are classified by default as "slash weapons"?)

Does changing up the degree of slash damage a weapon does have any effect on the degree of dismemberment?

I think the first statement is true. I think the answer to the second question is no.

I think the highest type of damage dictates the procs you will see the most.

    I think you're posting a good question.

  2. The true (vampire) Trinity support (which would be utterly weak on its own) would sacrifice all stats for Power Strength and Range to supply everything from anywhere with maximum energy. Then again, I would probably go Duration and Powerstrenght myself. Link is fun.

As for AoE, I find Ember the most fun to play with, it's not necessarily the best choice though.

    +1 for the Burston Prime.

  3. 1. You start with actual rebalance of enemies we fight and establish some consistent and not-procedurally generated difficulty system and then rebalance weapons in accordance to defined difficulty tiers.

Do not nerf everything first with a promise to tweak everything else and every other issue than ensues eventually.

    4. Just make the RNG bearable for players, this isn't even grind, just gambling. Throw in a few hours of your life and the game might gracefully just give you what you want to keep you going.

Excessive amount of grind with visible progress is better than RNG with no progress whatsoever.

Such is common sense one would think. Also I think these two points, along with the "nukes" some frames have, are generally the only problems I ever had with this game. Yet I cannot find a proper solution for the last one.

  4. This should be in feedback , not in fan concepts I think. I agree, I've never had 'Hate' drop in 2 years now. They should make it that after 100 times you WILL get thing you didn't get. Especially since you can't even trade it. Such a shame for RNG to bring sadness rather than excitement.

  5. As we are the ones whom are painfully stupid at programming robots, they probably never can reach true artificial consciousness. And without it , it can guaranteed not break rules. Only this:

Most of the time its not because they rewrite their programming. Usually its because they perceive the logic a different way than the human creators thought and can bend the rules while still abiding by them

but replace logic with cause and effects.

  6. Wolf, in no way was Impact6's reply derogatory. He's just pointing out there are people on the other side of the fence!

I'd also like to remind you that it takes 24hours to build a forma, effectively giving you two days to come online to play warframe to get another blueprint, if you are really set on spewing out forma. Seriously just smash out some survival missions on a weekend and you will not be able to get rid of the bloody things. (Like I said in my original post, 22 of the bloody suckers)

I wasn't trying to be derogatory indeed wolf96781. And I fully agree with your post Chipboard. (Btw I got 86 forma blueprints and 34 formas. What am I supposed to do with them? Put them in my mk-1 braton? I've already done that!  xD)

Just because YOU do not have any use for Forma does not mean other people are the same, plenty of people are constantly Forma starved because they enjoy expanding the dojo, min maxing all their gear etc. I am sick and tired of people moaning because something does not 100% fit their own play style and demand change disregarding the thousands of people who think otherwise, selfishness at its best.

Forma is universally useful to everyone, if you choose not to use it, that is your own problem.

Just because YOU have use for Forma does not mean other people are the same, plenty of people are constantly overfed with Forma because they enjoy playing with the same weapons which they prefer most. I am understanding of people complaining because something does not 100% fit their own play style, but I do not demand change, I merely present the issues in my opinion and suggest change.

People actually put effort in higher tier missions?

Don't get me wrong... I do too sometimes but there are hardly players today that actually put effort into T4s, since it's just farming to them.

Sadly this contains truth, but I think in higher tier missions you should put effort it, better yet, they should make it you must, or you'll die.

In short I'd like to see:

Make higher tier more difficult, and make their rewards more rewarding.

(in my opinion 'orokin derelict's rewards are a joke)
