incarnons are THE reward for playing circuit. if you can buy the reward why play?

oh no its on its way. we are nearing D2 levels of content islands, player disconnect, monetization focus, jump the shark lore. its crazy how it went so downhill over a few updates. i do somewhat blame the leadership transition. its nothing against anyone doing their job right now, im sure everyone is decently competent. but in that transition, you did lose people with creative direction, vision, and focus. so now rather then someone that been working at DE for 10 years going "ahh yes this is my baby i know whats going on" you have new people being given the keys to an already established and profitable IP and told "go crazy its all your!" as dev heads leave or move on people that were previously just working on weapons or monsters now find themselves dictating the direction of warframes live development. and maybe they dont even want to work on warframe? they would prefer to play hades or ff14 or something. well maybe they can change warframe to make it more fun for them?

that depends? is it related to duviri in some way? because if it has something to do with duviri it will likely be looked at. base old warframe? not a chance.

its one of their most developed and interesting boss fights of course they are going to hack it off and stick it in duviri, they seem to really like it or be committed to it personally and are just grabbing whatever they can from warframe to prop up content for their new baby. does not matter if its weird or does not make sense, does not fit and detracts from the original jackel fight. they just really only care about this one thing right now. all we can do is wait for them to get bored and move on.

some players are doing the content, and trading their rewards to other players who then ALSO have to go and play that content. you trade for a guarantee at a specific lich that someone has already earned, to then go play the content and also earn it yourself. that is a far cry from using mom and dads credit card swipe to get all the rewards before you even play the game.

yeah warframe has kind of jumped the shark a bit, they went a bit marvel crazy there and now were in D2 levels of "wtf is going on" its all gone over the top and with them trying to throw in mental health awareness every update (this character has this condition, this character is that, yada yada) along with every flavor of the month game mode to the neglect and discard later. i used to be able to describe warframe to people, its content, gameplay, and basic story. now its impossible because the devs keep adding other games to it rather then focusing on WARFRAME. it has so many niche one of game modes and content i have nothing to explain. do i explain duviri gameplay? kid space magic western split personality world hades space ninja thing? the star chart? railjack? this ship vs ship space flight hybrid game thing? archwing? horses, hover boards, giant spider bot, couple open worlds, mining, fishing, spy missions. and why i might ask if they are only drawn to one aspect, lets say the duviri aspect. would they deal with all the other BS in warframe just to play that? when they could play a game like Hades (or something else in the RL genre) that is actually perfected and hyper balanced around that idea? they would not. these updates are made by devs who want to play those games but have to play warframe, and so we get versions of them in warframe. to be dumped in 5 years when they get bored. wish we could dump it now ahead of time and do something like making defense 3 waves across the star chart, that would improve all the players lives.

DE turn down the heat. your froggies are noticing a little and boiling over a bit, you want a nice even simmer. this is just the start, more aspirational content rewards hit the store eventually, arcanes, archon shards, kuva weapons, sister weapons. soon(tm) and you thought you had less reason to log in and play now, just wait till you own all the games end game rewards before you even played it.

does not matter what you want they could leave it all as is, and add in a completely separate option to use whatever you want. and all the RNG lovers would *@##$ and moan like you stole something from them when you added another option. they want you to play there way, if you dont like it your wrong, if you want another option that takes away nothing your clearly trying to ruin the game mode and should go play something else. I love warframe, but i am more then happy to watch it driven into the ground out of spite for some of these players, because nobody will be around to listen when they are complaining about the state of the game in 5 years. i will have no problem moving on, warframe is not my life, just a game.
