I have rolled garuda prime 3 times in the past few days each time i load in and none of my mods on my claws work. i set the claw mods on every loadout and and i made sure i did not select default this was never an issue before wtf is going on?

Sometimes i click a mission and i get a 5 sec timer to load in and sometimes i cancel cus i have misclicked on the star chart other times it just instant loads why?

i dont think so because this first time it happened was in circuit where you cant use gear wheel 2nd time in mission im not sure

So this began happening last night in Circuit, and happened again just now doing a relic mission, in group with others, I am unable to actually collect ammo pickups. The ammo will follow me around and spam the sound of loot pick up like 1000 flies buzzing almost, there are dozens of them following my warframe around, i am not able to actually pick up the ammo. It seems not matter what wep type i have, in circuit it happened with Ignis Wraith and just now with Strun and lex prime incarnons, so the wep has not been consistant, I didnt do anything unusual or different, the frames used were different volt first time gyre this last time sadly i do not record so i cannot show a video
