[How i can Complete first task of Pluto Junction (From Neptune to Pluto)]

I finish quest Caelus on Uranus but still not complete first task of Pluto Junction (From Neptune to PLuto)  ! 

And i cannot access Jordas Golem Assassinate on Eris ( It locked) after i finish quest "Jordas Precept Quest." ?

Somebody help me !

my experience is use Gammacor shot to nuclear sphere to vanish it then can shot him with range weapon !
