the cap of power efficiency is 175% not 190% because that will be op if it was 190% the 4th power will be 10
its not a bug its the devs made a cap

melee weapon dose not matter its the mods u need base crit chance and dps mods and berserker and the right elements and dps mods

I was on triton and heriacon and this happens to me a lot but triton gave me t3 defense and i got t3 captures at the end of the mission
