Hey guys - wanted to check in since we continue to see your reports of ongoing issues with chat on PS4 (predominantly in SA regions) and wanted to offer some suggestions. Since we are unable to fully investigate/test this on our end (being located in North America with Canadian ISPs), these aren't surefire ways to resolve the chat problems you may be experiencing, but we thought we might as well extend the following possible troubleshooting steps in addition to my original post about contacting your ISP:
- Ensure there are no firewalls blocking your connection.
- Ensure that chat ports (6695 - 6699) are open - you can do so by looking into port forwarding in your router manual (these are usually available online!). If the router was provided by your ISP we suggest contacting them to help if you are unable to yourself with the former.
- If none of the above works, please contact our support at support.warframe.com - The support team has been following the issue closely and may be able to assist you further.
Additionally, we have a fix coming in the next PS4 update that may be the cause of issues for some of you:
- Fixed outstanding issue on chat where you’d see loading spinner instead of "your access to chat has been suspended" when banned.
This by no means indicates that everyone currently having issues is chat banned, simply that it may be the case for some that will be clarified with the next update once that fix goes live.
We know how important chat is to you, and know how frustrating it is to be unable to connect with others, especially given our current stay at home state. We're hoping that some of the above might help - let us know here if it does! I'll also be updating the thread here once that fix goes live.

none of the operators are able to release these ports specifically. The vivo and gvt operators also missed the chat on the day you released the last correction update. It is absurd the lack of respect you have with thousands of players. are all operators in Brazil wrong and are you right? You could release some option to change this within the options of the game, as it exists on the PC or simply revert the crap that you did. But they prefer to omit themselves. Pathetic. -
thanks for putting this here. My chat and all my clan also stopped working. After receiving the update. The vast majority of Brazilian players have been without chat since when the event was launched and so far nothing has been done. There are thousands of players without chat in the Brazilian region and after opening a complaint ticket, the answer given was that it was a problem for the operators. Please correct this. -

TL;DR: Self-damage is gone. It's being replaced with "self-CC" that scales depending on the Warframe's distance from the explosion, meaning a flinch if far away and a full-on ninja flip if you're up close (it launches you in the air, meaning you can jump-cancel and dodge-cancel it).

What is NOT beautiful is the subsequent flood of live comments talking about the death of Chroma.
Sure, it may be a small indirect nerf, but for the Void's sake, it's not like Vex Armor stops working once you can't self-mutilate yourself. Grow a pair and wait for it to release before you form your opinions.
some people's inability to criticize the game at the right time is incredible. This does not seem like a public forum, where you expose your opinion and criticism. If you criticize, your message is deleted, and whoever comes here thinks that everyone is happy with the center of nerfs that the game made. If you question the way that company treats its customers, its comment is deleted. You cannot question the credibility of the embresa.Then accept this nerf more and be quiet, after all everyone agrees, But deep down we know that the game is dead. Rest in peace.

Entering a mission with five players and thinking that this is normal is not knowledge, it is cheating ... In which update was this released? It seems like an isolated act of stupidity, especially when a member of the clan confirms the fact. There are a hundred players trying to do the same honestly and a small group of cheaters proud of the cheating done.Is this really necessary?

If something is legitimate or it is not up to DE to judge. You could not go since you have no points in the event and would have to do the previous missions, maybe even release the map ... LOL ... Do not question knowledge, let alone cheating .Seems offensive.

There are many ways to cheat. There are squads competing with five players and more.LOL
Unfortunately, this type of squad believes that it will take advantage of cheating and that makes us discredit the capacity of an honest buy. Let's wait for the result of this cheat.
The player did not make 300k solo, he was the fifth member of the squad that left the mission before to distract.

This is the biggest challenge for veterans today. Finding what to do. Everything that was cool to farm was nerfed or brutally devalued and at the moment this content is interesting only for beginners, needing to level their focus. On ps4 I see beginners playing , some people still do it just to increase their number in the profile. There is no reward or challenge after a few thousand catches and it has become unprofitable after the massive devaluation of the arcane. I would like to see news.
The company interprets that players with 5 hours should enjoy the same content as players with more than 5k hours. It thinks that beginners should have access to everything in an easy way. And the result is the massive abandonment of thousands of players.
