Like it says in the title I bought the Sanctum Collection through the Playstation Store rather than in game and after doing a mission Ordis chirped up with a notification saying I received my items, my items from the Starter Pack. Edit: Looks like all the correct items have been added to my inventory so this issue is resolved.
