When the Kuva Fortress cycles next to Jupiter any attempt to deploy a Resource Extractor on the Kuva Fortress brings up the Jupiter resources and tells me I cannot deploy there (Ropolalyst not killed) instead of deploying to Kuva Fortress. All I can do is wait for the Kuva Fortress to move away from Jupiter currently.
