  1. Our tax rate was set incorrectly on Jupiter Sinai by a misinformed tactician thinking that the tax rate is only based on credit pick-ups. The tax rate will be set to a lower number when it can be set. However, this is not permanent until we can crunch some more numbers.

This is the official statement from Eclipse. Anyone else speaking for Eclipse that is different from this statement is either a troll or a fake.

  2. hm in this case it may have a negative effect.

forcing players to play repetive boring missions to not be kicked out of the clan.

AND you will not know if he played on your side or an other.

The goals of a clan is up for them to decide. Any player joining a competitive clan wants to be competitive themselves, and does not feel forced. If someone feels forced, then just join another clan. There's many different types of clans, and players have so many casual and non-casual clans to choose from. No need to join a clan that is doing something you're not into; that would be weird. Such as a clan that likes dark themes or like pony themes, if players do not like that to begin with, then they would not join it.

As for choosing sides, that is not a problem because anyone that dedicates themselves to grind for the opposite side to a significant level would still be a welcome addition (the whole thing about keeping your enemies closer).

The positive effects outweigh the negative effects. Just like how there is an inactivity listing now for clans to manage inactives.

  3. Why would a clan want to build a Solar Rail? for having your name out there and advertising.

One example: There's currently a solar rail right now with a link to a Twitch livestream in the battle message. He's making quite the profit from people seeing his link and going to watch his livestream. Not sure if DE is fine with letting this continue. Up to them really. There are plenty of other reasons or motives to own a solar rail.

  4. Another possible solution:

You can have people that don't care about either side still be allowed to play on the Rails. For example: nightmare missions, you can choose to play nightmare or normal mode. So for people that do not care to support either side, allow them to play the normal Rails.

  5. Especially with some of the greed many clans have, especially in the moon tier. We all know who's going to try to control as much as possible, just so they can blow their own horns, louder than they already do.

The part implying "especially in moon tier" is misleading. There is only one clan in moon tier that fits your description. So if there is only one clan, then including "especially" is a bit bias. I'm in a moon clan and familiar with other moon clans, and they're just like any other clans.

As for the main topic at hand:

    1) joining an alliance will be another method of expanding contact to different players of the game (much like joining a clan).

    2) badlands will be much like events; majority will not be competitive since it does not drastically affect gameplay, and only a very small minority will be competitive (if things remain the same as it is from latest dev stream)

  6. No affinity booster. Killed about a third of the total enemy count.

I was also leveling up the Dex Furis and a melee weapons as well when this happened. They leveled up only a few levels and was nowhere near max, which seemed appropriate for the number of Xini waves.

The exp bug boosted only the sentinel and sentinel weapon. Could be a problem with sentinel exp algorithm or could be a bug specific to Helios / Deconstructor.

Unfortunately, my squad mates had maxed level sentinel / sentinel weapon when entering the mission so the same thing could not be confirmed from the other players in the squad.

  7. -Started a defense mission on Xini with a full team of 4

-Helios and Deconstructor both around level 10 (just recently put a forma into both)

-Exited at wave 30, but one squad member stayed. He got host migrated while the other three exited.

-The squad member that stayed, reinvited us to the game to help him finish. The game allowed us to rejoin even though it was wave 31 (most likely due to the host migration he experienced)

-Exited at wave 35. Checked the level of Helios and Deconstructor (both maxed at 30).

    Two bugs here:

    1) able to rejoin after objective is completed (pass wave 5) due to host migration

    2) Helios and Deconstructor should not be maxed because 35 waves of Xini is not enough to max them out

  8. An aquarium was mentioned for the dojo quite a long time ago. Hoping it gets implemented. Perhaps make it like a mini-game: capturing heavier and more rare fish or organisms to throw in the tank(s). And also they may need proper cleaning and feeding: under feed = bad, over feed = bad. Oh damn...turning into some other game/genre now, but still would be fun and not delineate too much.

  9. This has been posted before, but going to post it again:

I like using Thief's Wit a lot to get all the loot goodies on the ground. However, the loot remains on my radar until ALL four members of the team picks it up. Can this be changed so that it only shows what only I have not picked up and not my teammates? because there are players that do not care to pick up everything off the ground, whereas there are players that like getting everything off the ground.

  10. Can we get a spectator option in Conclave? Sometimes there are 3 players, and instead of forcing a 2v1, it would be better to allow one Tenno to choose to spectate if they so wish. Or if there are 4 players and two people want to watch them 1v1.

I posted this some time ago, but posting again because many would really like to see this option to be implemented.

  11. Yeah, in Hotfix 11.1.0 notes:

Volt’s blueprints added to Mission Reward tables. We would like to clarify here that the original U11 notes suggested that his former Boss, J3Golem, would be dropping them in systemic invasions. This is no longer the case, and his parts can be found by playing various missions.

Edit: There were alerts in the past for assassinating a normal toxic ancient (but now that seems to be gone because it might have been tied to J3-Golem).

  12. I love collecting things in Warframe, which is why I have played it for so long. I am also a completionist, so not scanning the J3-Golem was a terrible mistake and hopes he returns somehow.

Since Volt's blueprints were announced they would drop from mission reward tables and no longer J3-Golem, I fear he is gone now.

If anyone else feels this way, give this thread some love, upvotes, posts, etc.
