The whole pack in the Prime Vault are already discounted, they are even cheaper than Prime Access -
Had been asked several times, but i doubt it will happen since the whole Prime Vault pack itself is cheaper than the Prime Access which has separate Accessories pack on it

Yes, i think it will be good if the duration only counts in mission only.
I even would love to pay more for those Boosters if i can use all of the duration without losing a single second. -

Perhaps the problem is on your host ?
Warframe use peer to peer connection, that means if you hosted by a bad connection, you also get the bad impact regardless on how good your connection is -
No, i'm sure there are no Prime Vault that sold through steam store yet.
Well anyways they are starting to put Prime Accesses into the Steam recently so i think it will be the same for the upcoming Prime Vault. -

I think everything goes fine. Dev's always want to make their game better for their players even though not all of the player base will accept such changes.
But still, that's the point. All of this changes is made by the players feedback & for the players
