He is a CC frame that has totally unreliable CC and proc immunity won't help you when you are dead because you have no stats, not very good imo. Why pick Hydroid over someone like Volt, Frost or Inaros who have far superior CC and survivability? He needs a lot of work. I think he is pretty fun to play, looks badass, and has the best stance in the game, but he is just not very good at cc'ing anything since his kit relies on RNG. When enemies are level 100, you don't have time sit around and hope his ability hits a high priority target, let alone when his tentacles actually do hit, its a pain to actually hit the target flailing around.

this is true. I hate those fins that clip through everything. definitely the worst part about hydroid LOL

Wtf are you smoking, Hydroid is the worst frame right now and only gets by with his farm bot utility. His kit is total trash. Banshee is pretty good as is, but could probably use a new/reworked ult since her current one really does not feel satisfying to use and some tweaks to Silence so it isn't just a stun field now that silenced weapons are innate on her. Perhaps some extra defense utility would be nice here, like having it remove their alert status afterward.

hydroid has an aoe stagger, proc immunity with his mobility ability and stagger with his one. pretty good imo

Meh, they're gonna prime the frames that people are playing a lot and will pay for.  Not many people are gonna jump at the chance to buy a prime access for a frame they hate.  That's why valkyr and nova came before banshee.  They'll need to rework the frames to make them popular again before priming them is profitable.

Banshee is literally the most OP frame in the game. People arent playing her because they dont know how. Shes not Equip simulor and run around like an idiot and make sure my mirrors are up too

Well, with a prime coming, I wouldn't be surprised if DE felt compelled to do a little tweaking, but yeah, Banshee is probably safe. Kinda get the feeling they won't do anything major to Oberon as well.

    But Hydroid and Zephyr...

We're waiting and hoping to see some big changes there. I mean, we've got the Pirate/Sea Monster Frame and the Master of the Wind. Things could be better.

if i was going to change hydroid it would be such that enemies arent ragdolling extreme like and could also be shot. I really like his whole kit though

Effigy doubles credits dropped by enemies killed within its range and the speedva is to make it go faster. Averages 300k in 20 waves. Seems pretty effective to me, huh? Please do research into this before continuing to correct my method.

someone pointed out that the credit drops dont stack? also a resonance sonic fracture banshee > crhoma if you are worried about armor. lets assume this weird cheese youve got going on calls for 4 steel charge. Make the nova take CP drop the chroma grab a banshee. Now you have the ability to completely negate all enemy armor indefinitely WHILE increasing team DPS which im betting will be significantly better than effigy.

I have every warframe so getting a better one isn't the problem. The problem here is you don't understand my question. To credit farm, you take an ev trin, low strength chroma, desecrate nekros and speedva to akkad, all with secura lecta and kill stuff for 100 waves. Warframe selection ensures maximum efficiency and the weapon has a passive of doubling credits dropped.

Instead of telling me why what I'm doing is wrong, I'd appreciate some advice to my actual question, Thanks.

seems pretty inefficient. take a banshee instead of a chroma. vortex vauban would probably be better than nova

Because it's the ONLY node I use the weapon on. It's for farming credits.

then maybe you should build it against a faction. also you can farm credits anywhere without the weapon. so if you dont like it stop using it.

You're probably using the wrong frame or ability combination while fighting infested. If you think corrosive isnt cutting then just build electricity and stun lock em til they die. then get a better warframe.

Maybe have a wall of honored grandmasters with the wall being holo graphic floating above ground and in a speical room where all can access it or have it be in some junction room where all the tenno file into to get to other areas and it is big enough to the be have a spacious feel.

kind of like a hall of fame, nice

  9. Ran the potato alert just now. Found that if i cast bladestorm on enemies that have been impaled by Vlad, the enemies will not only not take damage but it breaks the basic melee attack and bladestorm. The basic melee attack becomes a bladestorm strike on a random target and that target will not take damage from from that hit.

This bug lasts indefinitely. Ive found that recasting bladestorm will fix the issue as well as leaving melee mode (switching weapons).

I was able to recreate this bug three times flawlessly in the same mission. The Nezha party was unaware as i did not speak in chat to maintain a constant testing environment.

THIS IS A PC BUG. i do not know if this affects consoles.

  10. i know in other games i use full borderless i have access to the start bar at the bottom but while im in a match the mouse is locked in the window boundaries. WF is like this too. the mouse has free reign until you use it as a navigation tool (to look around) itll be locked within WF window

While I feel these complaints are valid I don't feel that means things should be changed.  This along with other deluxe skins show a clear trend.  DE is removing/cutting down on a lot of details, rounding out edges, and overall making things a lot simpler.  This is because of a few reasons.  For one it makes things a lot more simple for the 3d model designers.  This also makes things less intensive from a performance standpoint.  Also Players need to really lower expectations.  Concept art is never representative of the final product in any case.  More so the important thing when it comes to concept art to final product is if the thing is more or less the same conceptually.

And while you point out a lot of differences the fact of the matter is we all recognize it as the same skin.  not down to the detail.  But overall.  I don't know how functional warframe is on a day to day basis for pc players.  But for me on my console it barely supports things as is.  Often times if I am in a session with other players things are very visually choppy and messy looking.  I'd imagine sometime in the future when DE gets better with their designs mechanically cloth physics will probably go beyond the current limits.

things are great on PC.  PC masterrace
