Am i the only one that actually likes the timers? I'm actually glad WF has them. It's a cool mechanic for me, kind of immersive. I know the foundry isn't really making a frame in 3 days, but the wait makes it feel a bit more tangible to me. I dunno.
I do know that i don't hate the timers and have never felt the need to rush.

I kind of see where OP is coming from. I still like most of the skins released, but i wouldn't mind seeing more sci-fi style remixes of frames. I would like the frame designs in general to return to that weird twisted bio-mechanical look i fell in love with. I miss that look of flesh fused with armor.

I think it would be great if DE added new and unique stats to roll. Adding some arpg like procs even. (Cold procs give energy or something)
I wouldn't touch the RNG though.

I kind of miss sci-fi horror themed Warframe. It really feels more fantasy now.

That YouTuber builds are often only good for demonstrating power for a YouTube video and not practical for actual play.
How do they get away with recommending all of these horribly inefficient builds and be labeled as experts?

Mode would be improved 10x if it saved after every round.

I just want Mag ,Frost, Volt Umbra if that'll give them the excuse they need to redesign their primes.

Isnt it pretty obvious that we are out of the Sentient wars part of the story, and we are now in the Man in the wall story?
The entire Whispers in the wall quest was beating us over the head with "The man in the wall is stalking both Albrecht and the operator. Albrecht spent a ton of his life doing some pretty awful S#&$ to find out what Wallies deal is. He couldn't, so now we are stuck cleaning up after him."
This makes NO sense to me. I'm sure you can follow the story, but it seems so weird and convoluted to me that i just don't feel like wasting the time to try and follow it. The story is just "stuff happening" now. I don't know anyone's motivation anymore.
I'm still enjoying the game though.

I love Warframe, but I checked out of the lore after The New War. I have no idea where the game is going now. We went from mysterious robot ninja mercenaries working for the Lotus organization to....i don't even know what the "story" is now. Like i don't know what we're even doing for these talking animals, but they give me loot so....

i wish we got, or will still get SP II. They were going to make be an even "harder" version of SP, but they abandoned it. Now SP feels like regular missions, and it would be nice to have yet another difficulty where we could challenge builds. SP is definitely part of progression now though, its not just a challenge mode anymore.

I was hoping for open world RJ maps. Like flying from sector to sector, selecting missions from RJ, hunting resources, etc.

Regarding umbral frames, that was basically just done so non founders could get an upgraded excalibur.
Regarding umbral mods, they could, but its wasted until we get to fight high level sentients on a permanent basis; it wasn't just for the power, people like me were led to believe umbral builds would matter in New War, because the Sentient threat would be off the charts, but none of that really came to pass, so it's like why bother? I'm not using any more Umbra Forma until such a time as we actually NEED to worry about thing like Tau resistance, damage to Sentients etc.
Probably gonna be in for a LONG wait..
i really thought that Sentients were going to be our "endgame" and modding for them was going to be important. Strong enemies that adapt to damage and couldnt be nuked! I dont know why they just seem to forget about them.

How are people calling Archon hunts "repetitive"? That's such a disingenuous argument. What else are you doing in this game then? It's literally a random collection of 3 missions that make up the bulk of what you do in Warframe.

I don't really understand the mentality of not wanting the devs to add more content because you might desire said content.

I'd like him to be invisible while wall latched.

This is my biggest issue with how much of it has become the normal/expected content cycle. It's mildly annoying in the beginning, but has now grown to an amount that gets in the way with what you'd be otherwise doing in the game. For those who feel satisfied with their goals in Warframe, that then becomes an obstruction from taking a break.
I'm sure someone will quote me with some nonsense like "it doesn't obstruct you from feeling like taking a break, you do", but the reality is, most players will easily climb that hurdle, but there shouldn't be one there in the first place.
But what exactly are you chasing that the weeklies are such a big distraction? The circuit is the most time consuming one and that's on permanent rotation,sk there really is no need to rush if you don't feel like doing it. Archon shards is meant to last long, and be an almost close to evergreen system. But you can kit out a couple frames pretty fast and just work towards continuous improvement.
-
That's funny, because to me, WF is by far the easiest live-service game to pick back up where you left and not feel more than a few weeks behind everyone else.
Circuit rotations arent that long, archon shards is really just busy work, sorties can be skipped, NW can be completed at a snails pace.

Yes, you'll be right in this however, it can be abused to a certain point.
Take this for example: Someone can load into the mission, use the "Killme" command and then remain dead until the end of the mission, sure you don't get rewards for dying (loss of affinity, loss of stacks/buffs, mission rewards due to afk thing). However, people can still use it to troll, so it makes everyone do the work while you sit back and watch.
Similar to the "AFK-leechers" method, where I know certain rewards are given to you regardless of if your AFK or not IIRC, so someone can just stay dead, not care at all and then only come back after the mission is done or close to being finished and there is the people who'll die right out, rather then letting a teammate bring them back, making the mission slower.
But yes, you are correct there isn't a practical way to abuse it, but people will find a way. It's what people do.
Ok, so how will that be "abused"? I don't get the point of that troll and why would it ever become a big problem? It's far easier to troll in mobile defense.

It's the same game more or less. If you left because you didn't like it, your still not going to like it.
If you enjoyed it, but just took a break - it's the same game more or less.
-
I just want better specters for solo play.
-
Modern players don't like ANY resistance at all .. And it's boring. Not every frame needs to be a mindless nuke with set and forget abilities.
Equinox has several builds that she's can use. You can focus on day or night. You can focus on duration for her specter, you can create a slow build, etc.

You buy the aura mods and resell for profit, particularly when the mod has been out-of-rotation for a while so there are very few in the wild.
Consider Energy Siphon, which is currently selling for about 50p max rank.
Also, consider that Aura Mods cost 20 credits vs. 75 credits to buy a potato directly. This means you could buy roughly 4x Aura Mods per potato.
So if you sold 4x Energy Siphon (with a negligible credit and endo cost to max R5 mods), that would be 200p.Now consider that you can buy potatoes from market for 20p each.
That means you can buy roughly 10x potatoes for the cost of a single potato directly from NW.So, for every potato you buy directly from the store, you would be giving up roughly 9 additional potatoes you could've had if you had any market sense whatsoever.
BTW, works the same way with Plague Star and buying built forma directly from the events. It's a fool's trap.
I highly doubt anyone is selling 4 Aura mods for 50p consistently. Who's buying that?
The market has already dropped for those aura mods because of NW.

I don't know about all that, but as a new player i felt like Prime frames should've used my regular mastered frame as part of crafting. I wanted to "upgrade" my favorite frame instead of replacing it.
I'd Like to Buy Warframe Weapon Replicas

I've been asking for action figures for years. The statues are cool, but it's not the same.
