After finishing 10 ranks of Duviri Circuit path, my rewards were not delivered. I chose Revenant and all I got in my inventory is Chassis and 3x Systems which are probably not from the Circuit. The Warframe specific mods are missing too and the AMPs might also.

If you care so much about players wasting time while farming specific resource, why you didn't care, when you cap kuva at 3.500. How about THOSE wasted hours for specific resource.
How about farming Oxium on single planet, within single tileset, from single enemy. Same with Cryotic.
How about farming Saturn boss for Orokin cells.
Ongoing trend maybe?

Realizing how to kill Kuva guardian after three months of attempt, even when i replay TWW few days ago. Btw you would be surprise how many people don't know how to kill them :D
Also potatoing and forming my Pox, to counter nullifiers. After few minutes patch comes by, nerfing it to the ground against them. That was more like F*** you, than im dumb moment. At least they boost bows so my riven modded mutalist cernos do this job very well. Even with 35% crit chance it crits like maniac..and with + 180% crit damage..oh boy Dot heaven :D

This is, why OP stated "money value". Of course if i like something i buy it, but there is point where prices simply put you off, no matter how much you like it. Majority (i wouldn't be scared to say overwhelming majority..especially in Europe and east Europe) F2P players won't be spending 15 bucks for new frame weapon etc, because either they don't have enough income or it reach point, where you simply can't justify spending this amount for virtual pixels. Lets take 100% playerbase. 2 maybe 3% of them are your whales, who spend large sums. 98% are typical F2P who buy sometimes something they really like and it's reasonable priced (darvo, tennobaum etc). Now if you thing short term, sure care about your 3% playerbase, but whales come and go. If you keep caring about your whales and forget on your major playerbase, they will leave. And when this playerbase leave, Whales leave too, because they are not "special" anymore, they are just one of many whales. This is why Heartstone or other successful F2P games come with micro transactions, where 1-2 bucks can get you things you need, thus large amount of playerbase can afford it. This is reason why Freemium games (ergo mobile games) make so much profit. I guarantee, if DE lower their prices, their green numbers will be much bigger in matter of months. I would like to see Chinese monetization system in Warframe, because they are the one who come out with "freemium" prices long time ago.
Also final thought. Why most people wait on platinum sale? Doesn't this indicate, that standard prices are to high for them? Im sure, if they are satisfied with current payment model, they will buy thing without sale no matter what.
TL:DR More people will buy Nidus for 50pl than for 225 PL=more profit, players happy. Happy players-Players willing to support creators with larger sums. Creators happy-game good-players happy.

Like with any other F2P, there is a large contingent of the player base that will never spend money, no matter the price. Some don't have the money to spend,some won't spend it on a F2P ever on principle.
Actually, Tennobaum is prime example how people react. Even the most penny pincher's go and buy these things, because they are close (not to close..yet) to "normal" price for cosmetic item in video games. I could buy 10k pl+ content monthly, but i won't, because i won't support these "whale" marketing strategy, where developers put wallet warriors in to main customer tab and F2P player in to "red column" on annual spreadsheets named- loss. Many games die to this greed (yes whale marketing strategy is simply put greed without thinking about long term consequences) and this game don't deserve same destiny as others.

Volt is great as melee frame. Use 2, grab shield, use 3, grab attack speed build Nikana-proceed to obliterate everything around..like a speed demon with plower.
I always play this, while im playing him.

Yeah just finished 2 hours high level solo infested run. I enter mission (lvl 50-60) pop up 2 1 + ulti..after few seconds already on 30 stacks. Within seconds! Then i just spam link (which is broken) to highest threat enemy, so link basically tank me my two hours run. I didn't even needed to find LS, because i kill so much of them. The highest threat for me was nulli, because it breaks link. Other than that it was actually boring. I leave willingly.
So yeah, he need a tweaks.

I guess you wouldn't like my 2+pox combo :D Especially when that sweet "no reload" relic bonus hits xD
That said, yes pox is godlike with this frame.

See this the thing i talked about "yeah i got him on 100 stacks after 15 minutes and is blast". Sure it is, but how about if you could have this supposed "fun" much earlier (within seconds) but with counterpart of thinking a little bit, while managing this 100 stacks which cause..fun. Don't you think, it will be better trade for both sides of argument ?

He is everything but perfect. Sure he is not OP in term of exploit or damage (like pre nerf ash ult) well maybe his 1 a little bit, but hes kit making him insane snowballer. Which is bad in high level missions. His system of gaining stack depend on spaming one ability (which will get boring after while) and also his passive (10 stacks-free live) is well simply put ridiculous.
I would love, if they take the idea from community moderator. Change his 100 stacks to 10, but keep his current power/regen/health all of that. Now he don't need to spam his abilites to gain stack, because few hits and he's already max, but now he have to think what he will use and not spam it blindly. Lets say you are in situation, where you have 10 stacks. Now you can choose if you keep it a little bit longer to have free live or use either link or 4 for CC, HP regen or just damage. This is must healthier kit, than what he have now. It also promote team play.

I took a break to play something else with one of my inactive clannies, and asked him to log in and participate. He looks into his inventory and says nonchalantly "I only have 2800".........
So here I am with only 350ish left to get I buckle in and hit the recruitment chat. I snag both resource boosters and join a highly motivated group. We had a Nekros, a pilfering Hydroid, an EV Trinity, and I was an ore gaze Atlas. We did 35 waves of ODD and I walked away with 360ish. So it is possible to put a dent in that requirement. I'll post the reward screen later when I get back to my computer. So I am wishing all of my brother and sister tenno good luck, keep your chin up and persevere.

Yeah, now imagine player, who invest over 20 forma and A LOT of mats and credits in to shadow clan and now he need to farm not only 5 000, but 15 000, With base capital of 500.

Tell this to one, who wasting their boosters right now. This is one of many reasons, why they should be tied to online game time, not ticking offline.
edit: And about argument, that players will stack them and don't buy them more frequently. Well, they already bought them for pl, so who care when they use them. Also this ongoing trend is just turning away people from buying boosters (me included). Btw i leave cat there, hope it wont die..i named here MK.2 for obvious reasons..i feed her 5 forma and stuck potato up her arse.

Ok who send them. One thing is acknowledge DE, who write paychecks for them, but other thing is harm other players who wasting their boosters or have small amount of free time. Especially on busy "family" day like this.
