Xbox Player, logged into Xbox account. Then asked me to create PC account, but it keeps telling me, my email is already on file? I sent password resets but never get anything? I guess I should make a burner email account? Would that fix the issue? Lol I'm stuck!

So I login, and said I'm eligible for cross save. I login to my Xbox account. It asks me to create a PC account, I go through the whole process, and then it says email already exists. So...OK ask to have password reset to email, nothing I tried another reset...nothing. I waited about 6 hours nothing....checked every inbox, trashcan, and spam folder. I think I'm going to give up if this is such a pain in the ass. Anyone else getting this?
