I have noticed this too last patch made Deimos unplayable for me due to a lot of game lag but i have also noticed it a bit in other areas though its much less. I tried verifying and optimising but that hasn't fixed it.

It just happens randomly and the whole set does it, same with the atavist prime armor set.
