I've always liked the plague doctor theme in games, and the last couple of days I've been thinking on how his abilities would be. I haven't come up with a name yet, but here are his abilities. (I'm sorry if something is not writen right, but english is not my first lenguage).
-Health: 650 (750 at max rank)
-Armor: 175
-Shield: 75 (150 at max rank)
-energy 175 (225 at max rank)
-Sprint speed: 1
-Pasive: Toxin status proc last 50% longer on enemies
-1st ability (subsume): Throw 3 syringes (like protea's granade fan, they spread as they fly and have gravity). If a syringe hot a enemy, they stay on them (like saryn spores) shooting the syringes or killing the enemy creates a toxin pool dealing damage and toxin proc every 0.5 seconds, or if the syringe hit the fround, they explode after 1.5 seconds, also creating the pool.
-Energy cost: 25
-Damage: 200
-Pool damage: 100
-Pool duration: 3 seconds
-Pool area: 4 meters
-2nd ability: Send a crow that seek enemies, damage them and deals toxin proc in a area, enemies damaged by the crow are more vulnerable to toxin damage.
-Energy cost: 50
-Enemis affected: 7 (affected by range)
-Damage: 150
-Vulnerbility: 30% (not affecter by strenght)
-Area of effect: 2 meters
-3rd ability: Absorb all the toxin proc of the enemies in front of you, dealing 50% of the remaning damage at once, healing you and your alies (in affinity range) by every proc discarded on the enemy.
-Energy cost: 75
-Healing per proc: 1hp (not affected by strenght)
-Cone angle: 45° (not affected by range)
-Range: 15 meters
4th ability: Send a flock of crows in front of you, enemies hit by the crows explode dealing the remaning toxin damage in a area.
-Energy cost: 100
-Crow damage: 500
-Explosion damage multiplier: 1.35 (not affected by strenght)
-Explosion area: 3 meters
-Flock angle: 45° (not affected by range)
-Flock range: 15 meters
