A droprate less than 10%.
wiki does not state that ruk drops it more than 10% does it, wiki simply states ruk has an increased chance to drop it. also 15 times is not a good amount to get an accurate % of drop, this game runs on true RNG, in which you get streaks

The wiki stated ruk drops OCs, you got OCs from ruk, what is the problem?

tried starting the launcher outside of steam with "Start as administrator"? or tried installing the steamless version (downloaded from this site)?

i think 1 thread with alot of post traffic is better than a bunch of 3 paged threads, in terms of getting proper attention

i think this was an unitended addtion/change from the dev build. also use the search function, there are already alot of these threads

number of topics created =/= DE reads the high traffic section more
i think they glance at each sub-forums
As for the problem, tried messing around with the options in launcher? enable disable DX11/10, mulitithreading, 64 bit mode, etc

really would like to view the altered stats to so i know if my change in my build is a fatal error or didnt affect it at all. I tired of having to calculate it myself and guess. Maybe show unaltered/altered stats (both)while holding over said ability mod while upgrading?

depends if you require me to stand still or not. Mobility is how i survive, so for me it is anyframe, but valkyr if you are just going to stand there and take it

A supporting underusing veteran bro would be my category, doing anything i want and rely on my skill to be able to do so. Out surviving maxed vitality and redirection players with only a redirection rank 6 on ember, especialy fun with rhino primes in the game. I also tend to mercy teamkill in order to bring someone back to full health in void missions (mostly alliance members, because its kinda trolly)

or run derelict boss, can get up to 3 if you are really lucky.

Will the missing ability mods recieve their stats in the fusion menu? abilities like Null Star has its stats and what changes, but Antimatter Drop do not have this (merly stating drain 4 at base lvl)

for me any post in any language other than english is pointless to show, and option to hide this aswell would be nice

On PC it is to click "Show profile" in the game and then click the avatar, and it gives me a menu showing the avatars i can use, htne i just select one

if such a system is going to get implemented it would or should only be positive reputation, not negative. "If you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all"

did you max it out before it "Disappeared"`? if so, check your filters that they show maxed mods

accelerant and fireball is the only skills that go "well" in endgame.
if you have a strong weapon and can slap fire on it, she is fine, just need to keep mobile to not get shot or swarmed
