got eight eximus kills using just the incarnon form and zero other forms of damage, in solo after having it not progress in a coop mission environment thinking it was just me not seeing it be someone else getting the kill, and zero of eight for progress. that's about as methodical as i can get for 'this is clearly not functioning as intended.' also it was painfully slow as this incarnon form is wildly poorly thought out, but the bug report is about the actual bug.
