Everything in this game is locked behind a time wall, including power. When the only thing standing between you and power is time, buying time is buying power.
Time? Which is GAMEPLAY TIME. Why people keep forgetting this? If your purpose is to achieve all the power - you're doing it wrong. Games are about PLAYING at first, and in case of Warframe - power is only reward for you, a reason to play further and still enjoy gameplay.
Power in Warframe gives you more variety, more ways to play this game. Playing Warframe is not about becoming Omnipotent Ninja God and rule the world, it's about BEING space ninja and do stylish things. You see, it's all about process itself, it's all about gameplay. Time that you're spending in Warframe is really what should be enjoyed. Just imagine, if all the power will be given to you right now.
Have you played any singleplayer game with cheats before? When you can have everything right from the start? Money, weapons, powers - whatever. It's fun for an hour or two, and then... you'll never come back to this game again.
More power for player as he progressing in the game - it's way to keep him engaged in the process, gameplay itself. Something to achieve, to make sense for time that you're spending in game.
Warframe is not P2W by any means. It can be only if you want to be most powerful being in the game universe, which is not gonna happen. You're playing wrong game then, if that's why you're here.
There's always someone who better than you, and there's rules after all - lore, script, everything to keep the balance.
You can't bypass these rules in Warframe by buying something for real money. No P2W then.

In this case you could just unequip sentinel's attack perception mod, at least that's how i'm doing that. -
