Usualy i would say contact support to have a better answer of what happenend.
But usualy multiple accounts to exploit the game. Asside from that i would say illegal plat or even account sharing but thats hard to prove unless he is using vpns from all across the world all the times.
But honestly if he did nothing wrong support will have it solved for him ^.^
but it may be long depending of the current work load of warframe support ^.^

I guess they have hard time setting up the fight seems like they have been working on him for a while now. Would be a fun surprise to add in the Deadlock protocol right ?

Welcome to the forums tenno ^.^
In fact when you deploy archgun you use the second config called HeavyWeapon in your archwing config ^.^
hope this answer your question with that you can have a config for archwing and another one for your heavy weapon and it can even be different weapons ^.^ like here fluctus for archwing and imperator vandal for the field.

Here i was asking myself how can i sleeve those damn things if they are that big !
I'm kidding its rather funny that they are absolutely gorgeous and we can only see it when we pick them up. At least let us interact with those to see them better like when we discovered them ^.^

Malheureusement Warframe n'offre pas le partage de sauvegarde entre platforme à ce moment ( ils y travail mais plusieurs restrictions de contrat et de technologie semble s'appliquer)

And this is possibly the easiest sort of Nightwave "challenge". The "play as you always do and here's NW points for you" challenge. If anything, I could do with more of them - what they ask me don't matter, as long as I don't have to do anything special.
Play with randoms and while waiting at extraction do bullet jumps.
Believe me in low level mission you are gonna nail 150 bullet jump in ONE mission LOL ^.^

I dont know if the game mode were design to make sure we use specific frame or if some frames made some game mode trivial and ended up being the top and most optimal choice for them. Chicken or the egg i guess ^.^
