Here to comment on the flickering. My old graphics card (1050) and monitor kinda screwed eachother and I was out of pc for almost a month and a half, and only this week managed to get new parts. After booting up Warframe with the new GPU (4060), I decided to turn on DX12 as it is beefier than my old one, and instantly noticed the flickering in menus and during gameplay (more noticiable in tilesets where you need to be in the same place for a while like Defense, Interception and Mobile Defense). My settings hadn't changed aside from DX11 to DX12. After searching a bit I found this thread and seeing there has been no solution to it is kinda disheartening. Swapping back to DX11 and haven't noticed any kind of flickering whatsoever. No DLSS upscaling whatsoever either as my old GPU didn't have that technology.

No mention of the crit changes for certain abilities?

I can confirm Kullervo's 4 no longer proc that intrinsic.
