I just tested and this is in fact repeatable. If you go to equipment > operator >appearance while you're in little goblin child mode and you'll snap to chest height on the drifter. From there you can just start changing clothes which amusingly enough will attempt to place the items on the drifter. If you leave, the drifter will be forced into this weird hunchback animation. video of it happening
