I saw this same bug after completing the fourth round of an interception arbitration. It acted as though we wanted to continue and had to wait until all of us died to leave the mission.

After capturing the first two eidolons, my squad attempted the final eidolon and I used up all of my revives. The remaining members of my squad immediately went to extraction and exited the mission. My rewards page was completely empty. This is the second time it's happened to me., it really sucks losing 40+ minutes of rewards and all of the used gear for nothing.

DESCRIPTION: (Using Controller) Cannot use abilities while sprinting or while channeling some abilities. I cannot deactivate Banshee's ultimate after it has been activated due to the power wheel being disabled. I often had to stand completely still to use the "Use Abilities On Selection" by pressing Right Bumper to activate Excalibur's first ability.

REPRODUCTION STEPS:
1. Sprint and hold Right Bumper to activate the power wheel.
2. Observe that the power wheel does not activate.

Found a softlock bug with the new continue/leave UI during an interception arbitration. The first continue/leave UI worked properly, but the second time it popped up, nothing could be selected and it continued the mission while keeping the UI up, locking our controls and forcing us to all be killed by enemies before allowing us to leave and lose our gained items. It's similar to another bug found here on the index:
