  1. Good Australian Afternoon, Fellow wonderful Tenno. Due to changing circumstances at work, I am no longer able to complete my task of a weekly Warframe Concept at this time. It is with regret that I have to cease this writing project of mine for the time being, and I appreciate everyone who read or commented on the series so far. With any luck, the concepts will continue eventually, as I have plenty of ideas still but not the time to get them onto digital paper since each one takes several hours to work through.   2. WEAPON TIME Something Dumb, Fun and Comical Primary - Blokk - Crossbow : Single-Fire Crossbow with heavy arc, increased headshot multiplier with small Impact AOE on headshots. Secondary - Bricc - Throwing 'Knife' : Pocket-Dimension Pouches full of bricks, high status chance and critical damage with Low Critical Chance. Melee - Brikk - Nunchaku : Two Bricks connected by a cable, slow with forced status chance of Impact with every hit once over a certain Combo Multiplier.
  3. Great looking concept here, though I do have some notes! Limbo's whole sthick is the Rift, and this concept would have to do some reworking on a near 9-year old Quest, which is something I dont think DE would be able to do at this point in time. HOWEVER, just replace the name 'Limbo" in this Concept with a newer name, and I believe you have a fantastic concept for a totally new Warframe!

When thinking of a concept for this Frame, I was reminded (as a truck drove past the office window) that there was a legendary concept for a Brick melee weapon done by an artist a while ago. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/448457289854119575/0C2CAFE9784F9DBCA8476C9EBCB04DD7096977AE/ So I figured, why not! A violent bricklayer frame just for fun, as an ‘Impact Damage’ focused frame. For your consideration: A Tenno who’s role was to fortify the walls of the Orokin Towers, but when Octavia’s Rallying Song to battle sounded, they took whatever was close to hand, and headed to action; Title: The Fortifier, The Brickwork Brawler Name: Krane (WIP NAME, Feel Free to suggest others!) Visuals : An average to toned build, several tools on a belt with a built-in syandana of a rattling sack of bricks on their back. Helmet visually may be… dented. Playstyle : A violent playstyle of joyful fortification. Base Stats: - Passive: Unsubtle Entry Brute force in the most comical way. 1st Power : Brickwork Bash A sudden crash, taking the foe off guard. 2nd Power : Rending Rupture Draining the life from one's foes, reveling in one's own violence. 3rd Power : Staggering Strikes Build one’s walls high and strong, the foes realizing that you are not trapped with them… 4th Power : Fleeting Fortification This frame concept was, obviously, a less serious one, but still fun all the same!   6. WEAPON TIME! Thinking of weapons for a "False Hydra' was a little odd, but I think I managed to think of some fun weapons that still tie into the theming. Primary : Caecus - Arm Cannon : A writhing mass of Tenno sword-flesh and infested eyes around brass and gold, with a broken smile around the barrel that launches a screaming Infested projectile that attaches itself to enemies, alerting them to it's location (similar to Ivara's Noise Arrow) for several seconds before exploding in a shower of bone-shrapnel. Reloading would be manual, and sap a small amount of the user's health. Secondary : Memorium - Launcher Pistol : With bulk equal to that of a Primary weapon, but the weight of a dagger, this uncanny pistol quickly fires a dense projectile with immense recoil, with a spiraling projectile that bores through a target over time, dealing puncture damage ticks over several seconds. Melee : BoneCrest - 2 Handed Scythe : An Enormous reaping scythe, a mix of Null's scything salon arms and visually similar to Lephantis's scythe, perhaps tying some connection to Lepnahtis and the Warframe Equivelant of a False Hydra (Infested Void Hydra??) This weapon would deal mostly Slash and Impact damage, with a greatly increased Heavy Attack Efficiency if hitting an enemy is unalerted.
  7. Good Australian Morning, fellow Tenno! This frame was both, contradicting, a bit difficult to think of, but easier to put down once a concept idea was thought of. Inspired by a certain fan-monster from D&D, with great power comes great risk. For your consideration: A Tenno who’s role was to be forgotten when the job was done. To do a single job then disappear with barely a trace remaining. Intended only to be used as a last-resort to Tenno Operators with no options left but to fall as forgotten memories. Title: The Never-Known, The Unchained Abomination Name: Null Visuals : A vile form with multiple limbs ending in twisted faces, gnarled hands or bone scythes. Pale, Exposed skin with heavy bruising, shackle-marks around Helmet, Arms and body. Playstyle : A Warframe who comes fully empowered, for a limited time, incentivizing a quick playstyle while one still can or risk failure. False Memory Records : Base Stats: - Passive: Final Countdown A song that once sung, will only be heard once. 1st Power : Blindsong A vile splay of gore and viscera, unforgettable unless forced to forget. 2nd Power : Violent Execution A gift from nothing, or so it may seem. 3rd Power : Equivalent Exchange Strike unseen into the enemy’s heart, with hands around their throats. 4th Power: Hydra’s Strangle This frame concept was inspired by the ‘False Hydra’, a grotesque Fan-Monster mostly used in D&D by vindictive/creative Dungeon Masters, and False Hydra’s commonly accepted ability to make one forget that you are even fighting them, or any record of their own existence or those of their victims. This frame was intentionally designed to be overpowered in some aspects, at the cost of loosing it’s use until you recover FMR, so please keep that in mind. This week’s concept I admit is a bit rough, much like my older concepts, but please forgive me due to lack of sleep over the weekend. Please be civil in the discussions if any occur.   8. WEAPON TIME : Due to Szandor having their own special weapon in every slot in the shape of Crown Thorn, I thought some Utility Weapons would be more useful for them! When I say that, I mean weapons that are PRIMARILY used for Their effects rather than damage, which I envision as being on the level of MK1 Weapons in this case. Though I'm sure there would be some who enjoy using weaker weapons for the challenge runs! Primary : Reelbarb - Launcher : Fires a Barbed tether which, upon contact with enemies, reels Szandor quickly towards them and deals high amounts of Impact Procs, and opens them up to Finishers. Secondary: Haze - Dual Pistols : A Launcher pistol that creates smokescreens which inflict Radiation procs to enemies who come within it, used primarily for crowd control. Melee : Shadowalker - Dagger : An ancient arcane dagger that was said to allow one to pass through the night undetected. In the age of Warframes, a Heavy-Attack when the crosshair is on an ally will teleport the user beside the ally, used for movement. Finisher kills with this dagger grant Invisibility for a short time.
  9. I proposed a similar idea with sacrificing and combining Frames to use their powers a while back, so it seems like it's not an uncommon idea among us players! I personally still like the idea of combining Warframes in more than just Helminth, though as mentioned in the comments of my old post, it could become extremally unbalanced if not handled properly. ie: Making a combo of Octavia, Rhino, Chroma and Mirage to stack all of their Damage-Boosting Powers together and be able to one-shot a planet with a Plinx. Though if this system was actually implemented, I am sure there would be some restrictions to how it was made to prevent such catastrophic power creep. (Please note that this was written BEFORE MR30 or the Helminth System was available and several years before my current Concept series)
  10. Similar aye I did notice while writing, but I tried to angle Szandor thematically a bit different! Harrow is the "Dark/Gun Priest", I remember DE Desrcibed him as such way back when before Chains of Harrow. I see Harrow more of Figurehead or the overall Symbol of Prayer of the Red Veil. Szandor would be the cultists themselves, one of a higher rank but among the many followers nonetheless! For added lore, perhaps the "Shadowed One" could perhaps be a fellow Warframe; Nekros! Tying the two together in lore since bonedaddy himself doesn't have too much lore right now.

With the addition of the Owl decoration within the Duviri's merchant, I have seen many people asking for such a frame, though hopefully they won't lean into any troubles from Gearbox with "Falconeer with Sniper" cause of the sniper from Borderlands. Honestly its something I'd personally very much enjoy!

The idea of posting bounties out for other players does seem like it would be very fitting for the themes of the game, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Devteam has been avoiding it to avoid exploits/damaging sequence breaking?   13. Good Australian Afternoon, fellow Tenno! Something on the edgy, spookier side this week! No weapons in the upcoming days due to the nature of this concept, but I may change my mind on that! 15 Weeks in, really happy with this week’s concept! For your consideration: A Tenno who’s nature was not of a lone warrior, but of a sect devoted to the ancient, pre-Orokin Ways, identical and numerous in their power. Title: The Charismatic Cultist, The Leader from Shadow Name: Szandor (Taken from Anton Szandor LaVey, author of the Satanic Bible) Visuals : A simplistic design, with scripture-like markings etched into the body on a banner wrapped around the body. This text would glow and float around Szandor when a power is active, to help distinguish the player to allied Tenno. Playstyle : Commanding one’s followers to do the dirty work, micro-managing one’s forces while defending themselves. Base Stats: - Passive: Stronger Than One Call forth one’s brethren, in the Shadowed One’s name. 1st Power : Cult Following A mix of pre-void magics and stolen Orokin technologies, a transforming weapon that adapts to it’s user’s empty hands. Special Weapon : Crown Thorn Casting ancient spells from pre-void curses, inflicting damage to the enemy’s very fibres of life. 2nd Power : Uncanny Bolts Celebrate in vicious style, a menagerie of violence and death. 3rd Power : Celebration Feast Giving one’s life to empower the Shadowed One 4th Power : Grand Tribute / Eternal Reward This frame concept was thought up from various stereotypical ‘Evil Cult’ themes, D&D Warlocks, and a few touches of personal game play preferences.   14. Welp consider me dumb for not realising there was a DEVSTREAM the day after I posted the bounty. Bad move on my part and I apologize. Alrighty so bets are : -Moctezuma- : Duviri Powered Frame, Heavy Melee Focus, Visually - undead Dax Dr_Mechano : Void AOE Damage Frame, Damage Caster, Void Angel visuals. Pretty sure that from what I've seen it's safe to say that Kullervo, the newset announced Frame, is close enough I'm happy to award the Plat for that idea from -Moctezuma-, and I shall DM you to figure out when would be a good time to grant your reward.   15. Good Australian Afternoon Tenno and Drifters alike! Some of you may know me for my Weekly Warframe Concepts, and I thought I'd offer a fun game for everyone here! Since the next 5 Frames's ideas have been locked in as claimed by DE, I wanted to have some fun and place a 100 Platinum Bounty on the first player to correctly guess the theme of one of the upcoming frames BEFORE any of the five have been announced. Restricted to PC only as I'm not sure how well/if possible cross-platform Trading has been implemented yet. Therefore, Place your bets Tenno! (General themes of "Gun-Play Based" or "Melee Focused" aren't exactly in the spirit of this competition, think more "Wild Western" or "Viking" in cases like this) (Entries after the first frame's announcement will not count towards this bounty, but any placed before will be held until the next FIVE Warframes have been revealed.)
  16. Reminds me of Chainsaw Man's Gun Devil, but this would make an interesting idea for a frame! Time for Weapons! Primary - Akupnt - A slender break-action rifle that fires a concussive round that opens enemies for Finishers when hitting Headshots. Secondary - Shakuhl - A set of thrown-explosives that tether enemies nearby, but can be detonated to deal Cold and Gas damage with very high status chance, but low damage. Primarily a utility weapon to stop fleeing foes. Melee - Pikkuntunk - Hammer - A large pick-axe look with a canister loosely hanging from one side. Heavy Attacks throw out the canister like a miniature version of Hexis's 2nd Power.

I did my best to not borrow ideas from common 'toxic gas' themed characters from other games, with grenades, traps, etc, and tried to tie it a little into the 'Judge' theme, but that would mostly be a visual nod to the Arbiters I imagine. Keep Posted for Weapons before the weekend, short-week at work didnt leave me with much time to think of suitable weapons, feel free to suggest your own! Hah well It'd be interesting to see your take on a GAS frame, the community has no shortage of concepts so why not try out your own! Thank you for your feedback! I tried to tie SOME things in with the current lore, epically things we know little about, and as mentioned with the TRUTH effect of Arbiters Weapons/Mods, it's one of the very few sources of Gas Damage that's not just modded onto with Heat+Toxin.

Hope you are all well, this week's concept is a little late due to public holidays here down under, but here is @(NSW)AegisFifi 's requested concept this week : A Gas Damage Elemental Caster frame since that is one that we are lacking currently! Fully aware that DE has stated that they already have the next 5 Warframes planned out, but this full project is more of a creative task rather than "DE PLZ MAKE MY IDEA", so whether anything gets realized or borrowed from my list of frames or not, I'll still be having fun creating these wild concepts of frames that might one day come to light. For your consideration: A Tenno who’s role was to be the Tenno-Judge for cases below the Golden Lord's caring, inspiring the Arbiters of the same name. Title: The Vaporous Blade, The Noxious Judge. Name: Hexis (Since the Arbiters of Hexis are one of a very few sources of ‘Inate’ Gas Damage with their Truth Effect.) Visuals : A tall Frame with a mostly average build, with large bulk coming from additional canisters and hoses, along with a small, shoulder-mounted weapon. Playstyle : Wearing down enemies via a mastery of Gas Damage, Procs and additional effects. Base Stats: - Passive: The One Within the Haze A lethal dose from long distances, to stop the foe from fleeing judgment. 1st Power : Judgment Bolt Roll up, roll up~ 2nd Power : Canister Kick Inspiring the Grineer Nox units in the far future, thought with less glass in the eyes. 3rd Power : Noxify From within the noxious smoke, Truth shall be revealed. 4th Power : Gaswalker This frame concept was a little odd, as I started with the base of “GAS DAMAGE FRAME” and figured out from there what in-game sources currently focus on gas, and besides the AoH, not much!!   20. So I tried something new and tried to use HeroForge to create an incredibly rough idea of a basic basic conceptual visual for this Frame. As mentioned, decaying skin exposing the steel-flesh melting away with the volatile reactor core in the chest cavity, Added some 'void shackles' to imply that Cimato has been put in metaphorical deep-freeze for a while, and mutations to emphasize that even Cimato isn't immune to their own radiation.   21. Time For Weapons! Grineer inspired this time, as the most 'Radioactive' weapon we currently have is the Nukor. Primary : Duhpletud (Sniper) : A slow-Firing, break-action sniper rifle that fires ultradense rounds with infinite punch-through, deals immense Critical Damage with average critical chances and little status chance. Representing "Depleted Uranium" bullets used as armour piercing rounds. Secondary : Dual Nukor (Twin beam-pistols) : Extended Magazine and Firing Speed, double reload speed. Stats otherwise same as standard Nukor. Melee : Reaktor (Staff) : A slow-speed staff with high impact and radiation damage, exhumes a small aura of Radiation damage once Combo-Multiplier surpasses a certain amount. Representing a Fuel Rod used in Nuclear Power Plants, and just beating someone with one.
  22. @Mazifet Thank you for your continued support, feedback and contributions! A few feedbacks to your feedbacks, if I may! To anwser those questions : 1 - I would think not, as Cimato is channeling the C.T into it's powers rather than healing, and that would cause some counteractions when casting their 4th I think. 2 - I was thinking it would just take a chunk of HP depending on Power Efficiency, but that way of casting it does wound more controllable. Holding the power key while in the invulnerable few seconds to channel HP into the power for more damage does sound more player-friendly. Thank you again for your feedback and discussions!

Many thanks to @Mazifet for their contributions for this Frame’s concept! 13 weeks in, and this project is still going strong, and I thank everyone who reads for their contributions and feedback! For your consideration: A Tenno who’s creation in the ways of the past went just as wrong now as it did then, an unfortunate accident led to the creation of a very dangerous ally. Title: The Fission Failure, The Radiation Disaster. Name: Cimato (Letter scramble of Atomic, WIP name, so feel free to suggest others) Visuals : A decaying body with steel-flesh cracked open, Helminth-Flesh exposing a core of volatile metal. Playstyle : Actively Hostile Playstyle to allies , but even greater danger to foes. Base Stats: - Passive: Irradiated Form Gimmick : Self-Regulation – Show the galaxy how easy their own bodies will break down. 1st Power : Core Exposure (Cost : Very Low C.T%) Lower the danger to allies by irradiating the foes themselves. 2nd Power : Radiation Vent (Cost : Medium C.T%) Use the bullets of friend or foe to add to the mass of one’s volatile body. 3rd Power : Assimilation Aura (Cost : Low % C.T) A disaster realised, nuclear failure manifest. 4th Power : Meltdown (Cost : All Remaining % C.T & High % Remaining HP.) This frame concept was definitely a fun one to create, figuring out how a frame’s gimmick would work without changing the preset fundamentals set in-game already is a fun time.   24. Time for Weaponry! Primary - Longatun - Bow : A heavy bow that launches two arrows on a wide angle, with a tether-line between the two arrows that deals slashing damage whilst in flight or for a few seconds after firing. Angle of the arrows is wider when used by Fujita. Secondary - Latitune - Launcher-Pistol : A cycling, 4-cylinder sticky-explosive launcher that cycles between additional Heat, Electric, Cold and Toxin damages. If all four charges are shot before detonation with alt-fire, any overlapping blast-zones deal increased damage, moreso if used by Fujita. Melee - Stormvane - Warfans : A pair of Warfans that deal additional damage to lifted enemies. Heavy Attacks unleash a wave of strong winds to life foes for a few seconds. This duration is increased when used by Fujita.

This week, as promised, a Weather themed Frame as Requested by and worked on with @(PSN)Hopper_Orouk I hope you enjoy! For your consideration: A Tenno who’s adaptability set them on a path to acclimate to Earth’s weather patterns and use them for it’s own strengths. Title: The Seasonal Soldier, The Never-Same Name: Fujita (Name derived from System developed by Dr. Theodore Fujita to classify tornadoes.) Visuals : A Half-Solid, Half-Nebulous gaseous design. Akin to a djinn or typical ‘genie’ with lightning scars across their back. The gaseous half would have slight appearance changes based on Fujita’s Passive. Playstyle : Command the natural elements and let the winds of change devour your foes. Base Stats: - Passive: Seasonal Shift From above, rarely seen. 1st Power : Bolt Strike Beware the winds of despair. 2nd Power : Squall Summon A plague upon the blackening skies… 3rd Power : Stormfront I am lightning, the rain transformed…. 4th Power : Sacrifice Storm This frame concept was a difficult one to come to fruition on a post-easter work day, but I had fun with it, albeit I can see the power-cycle become rather overpowered so it would likely need some tweaking before any in-game implementations.
