Tempest

This is a really disappointing change. It was a very niche use based on a situational status/element, that only made a noticeable difference to a small number of frames and builds. For me, fitting a single shield regen Topaz Shard into my build was the final touch for really smooth Caliban gameplay, since it allowed me to ignore other less efficient ways to kickstart Lethal Progeny's recharge.

So, no collectible for finding lore fragments this time, or is something different planned? I thought it would be similar to Cetus/Fortuna fragments.
