I took a rank test from rank 1 to 2. I passed it, and all seemed fine but I did not progress in rank. I am stuck on level 1 with a full bar for 24 hours until I can take another test as it still locked me out from taking the test again.

I took my rank test, to go from rank 1 to rank 2. I passed it, but it didn't go through. I'm now stuck for 24 hours with a full bar and not able to take the test again, as it still locked me out from taking any more tests. Please help!
