The Guides of the Lotus (GotL) program still exists.
There aren't many in comparison to the number of players per platform but they are there volunteering their time.
The in-game armor helps distinguish them from other players but that's not a clear indicator when most help originates from chats. Like Prime advised, try messaging DE Danielle or using the Community Inbox.

The Exalted Oath clan is a solid choice.
They have mature, respectful players that are active & helpful and are also knowledgeable about Warframe.

I would advise working on junctions, the interconnection between planets, and their requirements.
Many quests & current in-game progression stoppers can be alleviated by knocking those out first so you'll have access to any content that you may have missed or need to progress elsewhere

For those not in our alliance, we meet in Trade chat where players are allowed to buy, sell & trade things freely
In general, many people wouldn't offer to sell or buy things from or to their family members.Our Warframe alliance community is like family & we try to take care of our own without monetary (platinum) incentives

@[DE]Danielle Gave the hotfix a chance & have played over 12hrs since.
Things are relatively the same on the NA servers. 50% of the time Plains content or Cetus gate loading causes dashboarding crashes still
Doesn't matter if public, invite only or solo

Let's see how it performs for them with XBox 1 @ 1 today
People tend not to understand something unless they go through it themselves.
Would be nice of DE to show some empathy
Perhaps a flat, scaled according to clan size, deposit of 20% of what it takes to craft a gold trophy
How many more disconnects, dashboards & missed hemocyte cystoliths must we endure before there is resolution?

I really just wanted the Prominence Wisp Totem.
Why extend Teralyst Prominence Sigil only?
This Twitch drops campaign has been troublesome for console & PC alike as stated by @-_Highlander_-
Can we get a combined resolution of some sort? How about a limited time code for either or both for PC & console players?

I received the same text & upon clicking it received the same error.
I DO have the text though & will load the image during my lunchtime
