  1. Not sure if this is the right place but its a bug. If you try to get vasca imprint off a kavat that you have taken both imprints off already, it produces an imprint of the original Kavat not the Vasca.
  2. I killed my kuva lich like 5 times now with all the perfect setup mods But in mission and when I am back to my ship it says I vanguished it but it don't go off my star chart nor give me weapon
  3. Armor scaling sucks. But don't worry, through the omnipotent power of MATH, I attempt (because someone may disagree) to solve the problem. Let's start with the formula for armor: A/(A+300)=R This is damage reduction displayed as a decimal. And the inverse: 300R/(1-R)=A This is raw armor value. This is the value we see in game. Coincidentally, this is also how level scaling affects health, armor, & shields. Exponentially. Let's introduce initial damage as 'D', nerfed damage 'd', maximum health 'H', & damaged health 'h': D(1-A/(A+300))=d OR D(1-R)=d This is a single instance of damage. H-D(1-A/(A+300)=h OR H-D(1-R)=h OR H-d=h This is resulting health after a single instance of damage. This is everything we know about armor in the game besides how certain status, mod, ability, & augment effects change it up. Still easy right? Well, I hope so, because this is the only way I can adequately describe my solution. Notice something? Hold on. Besides Corrosive, a couple mods, & some abilities & augments, armor value doesn't change. Let's make a teensy weensy change to the formula that determines damage that reaches health: DR=d This can be expanded back out as well using the previous formulas. If you got this far. CONGRATULATIONS. Time to analyze the significance of this. 'D' is a single instance of initial damage from a weapon. 'R' is the damage reduction as a decimal. But we took out that pesky "1-". This means something. Suppose a rifle does 100 'D'. If 'R' is .8, or 80%, the damage that gets through is 80. But if we increase 'R', the damage that gets through is also increasing. This can't possibly affect health. That'd be stupid. More armor gets you killed faster??? LOL. No. So what will it affect? Sorry, I'm teasing. I hope it's clear now. This will affect armor. If damage reduction is 60%, which will have an armor value of 450, then using DR=d, a single instance of 100 damage will reduce armor value by 60. That 450 armor has become 390 after that shot of 100 damage. Health of course will be protected normally, taking only 40 of that 100. However, armor is now more fluid. It also makes a lot more sense & is much more realistic. Armor isn't some proto-immortal material. It is a normal physical object that degrades over time. The damage that armor keeps away from the body doesn't just disappear into The Void. The armor took one for the team & had to actively resist, absorb, & halt the kinetic, chemical, &/or raw directed energy of the projectile. It would also give DE the opportunity to properly distinguish the strengths & weaknesses of armor & health separately. WHY THIS WORKS. The mathematical explanation is going to get more complicated now. Below is the simplified version of the formula. A-DtR+DtR(1-r)=a This is reduction of armor value over time, preferably perceived in seconds. This can't be graphed because there are too many variables. Basically, 'Dt' is damage per second, but because armor is changing now, we have to add some armor back in the form of DtR(1-r). This is because as armor goes down, less damage is affecting it. There are two versions of this formula that can be graphed. Here is the first: A-DtR+DtR(1-a/a+300)=a For a given armor, resistance, & damage value, 't' as 'x' & 'a' as 'y'. Same formula. Reduction of armor value over time. Min margins are 0. Max margins depend on the values entered for 'A', 'D', & 'R'. Let's see it in action: 1200 armor, 80% resistance, 100 damage per second. Looks modest? Try this: Try to remember that we haven't even included health, & also, 300 armor still gives 50% protection because of the formula mentioned way back up top. Here's a comparison: Here is the second version: A-DtR+DtR(1-r)=300r/(1-r) Again, entering values for armor 'A', damage 'D', & resistance 'R', 't' as 'x' & 'r' as 'y'. This is reduction of protection over time. Min margins are 0. Max 'y' is 1, always, because 1 = 100% resistance. Max 'x' still depends on the plugged in values. Here are the same two equations from before: First one still looks modest, but the second... develops a hill. This means that high armor values will still result in enemies that are gosh darn flipping tanky. Player damage is still forced to go over the hill. Another comparison: The difference between this change & what we have now? This way, it's actually possible to kill a Corrupted Heavy Gunner Eximus with more than just Abating Link, or Covert dagger finishers, or Corrosive, or a team of damage milking buffbois. Level scaling will still bite us all in the *redacted*, but maybe some day that can be fixed too.

As a new player to the game having issues getting credits, so to alleviate this to a small degree I've been using the Kubrow to open Corpus locker boxes (level 10-12 thereabouts) First: issue: The Kubrow sometimes takes forever to open them, however its somewhat random sometimes the kubrow is opening them before i'm even standing in front of it (mostly it doesn't), but sometimes I have to move away from the box then she opens it. (go figure and this is all within one run of a single mission) Second issue: some of the boxes are like they dont exist for the Kubrow and she wont open them at all. (I do realise there only a 90% chance, (with mod I have installed and maxed) and I do see the ones that she tries to open but they don't, and I'm not talking about those ones,) Now i realise that credits are not an issue for most end game players, most have millions, but for me just starting I need every way to make a few credits. this is obviously been put in the game to make a little extra but when its not working the way its intended its frustrating waiting for the Kubrow 🐕 to decide if its one that will or wont be opened and above all time consuming.🔄 Appropriate it if someone on the Dev team might take have a look at some point, thank you.
  5. recently when i tried to play warframe the game would open fine but when i try to log in and it brings up the news section the game freezes then crashes and i dont know why this is happening. i thought it was because i accidentally cancelled optimizing the cache but even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game it still crashes, anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? i also thought it might be because of razer synapse but after uninstalling that its still happening.
  6. I think the point of the Sortie was to challenge players, but that doesn't happen anymore, but a real challenge would be to put the Lua Spy in the Sortie. I don't know if anyone else agrees but I have been thinking of that idea.
  7. I'd like to start by saying that I do not think this test is impossible, I do however think that the detection AI is bugged and/or inconsistent and this renders the test, as it currently stands, far too difficult for where it lies in the MR progression. I'll do a numbered list for ease of reading. 1 - The discussion and opinions around this are highly varied which makes it hard to pin down whether it is definitely a bug and if so what is causing it. Some high MR players say they have revisited it the test and found it noticeably harder, other players have claimed it is easy although often the latter don't state whether they have completed it before or after the detection changes in August/September, which is an important distinction to make because after this time there are many more threads regarding this test. This leads me on to my next point... 2 - The AI and the test as a whole is wildly inconsistent. The first two stages are a breeze but the third stage is a nightmare, I've been detected through the solid pillars, on top of the pillars by an enemy on the ground (that should not be able to see me) and on the raised platform back in the second stage. It just doesn't feel right, I can happily sneak into spy vaults all day long without being spotted and without using a stealth-frame but this is on another level and seems like it would/should be a test for a much higher MR rank as it is much harder than any other MR test leading up to it and I've heard higher ranked MR players claim it is much more difficult than the MR tests directly after it too. Even within the test itself the difficulty spike from stage two to stage three is enormous. 3 - Solutions. The number one recommended solution is to use the Redeemer + Banshee, a solution which I've yet to test but which begs the question, are MR rank tests supposed to test skill or just what gear you have access to? If the top suggestion is to cheese the test with a melee weapon that can double as a gun is that really a well designed test? Surely MR tests should be about your skills as a player rather than grinding for a specific frame or piece of gear to get through it. Every test before this has been that way so it is rather jarring that the MR9 test has stopped me in my tracks and forced me to grind out and build specific gear just to tackle it. Final thoughts - I am almost certain there is a bug or oversight with the detection AI which is making what would otherwise be a moderate challenge for a newer player into something that is, to be perfectly honest, aggravating and disheartening. I do not believe this has yet been acknowledged by DE although there are a large number of threads pertaining to this issue, hopefully a comment will be made on the matter soon.
  8. Sound kinda dumb, but.. I think that it would be cool if the tertiary color section of the Ember Vermillion got swapped to the accents, so we could use other helmets to match the skins' metallic colors. Right now, the metallic bits are on the tertiary color section wich makes it hard to pair the skin with the Prime and Tennogen helmets.

I just bought an extra loadout slot for 20p (which was already quite a hard decision for something as simple as QoL) and the damn thing it's not showing up, already tried duplicating loadout and I get the message that I already used my 12 slots??? like I just bought an extra one how the duck am I supposed to create a new loadout now then? I honestly feel very very veeeeery scammed just by the fact I have to go through such a hassle... 😒
  13. Okay I was trying to do the aim glide challenge for NW and I noticed that every time I aim-glided, Ember, who I was playing, would use her Inferno ability. Keep in mind this didn't make the challenge impossible and she still aims/aim-glides (and that's all she does if you are out of energy.) However, her 4 activation whenever you aim or aim glide seems like a bug to me. Edit: something right now is not letting me repeat the bug, even though it was consistent before so I can't say what triggers it.
  14. I was playing the Spy Catcher bounty in PoE and the 4th stage of the bounty requires me to rescue the Ostron prisoner. As usual, I got to the prisoner and took out all the guards to hack the collar, but before I could hack, Ghouls came out of the ground and ambushed me. When this happened, I couldn't hack the bomb collar on the prisoner because the game won't let me interact with it, then timer ran out and the bounty is forced to fail. Assuming the game registered Ghouls as additional "guards" of the prisoner to kill before the hack, it could not have been possible for me to kill all of them within half a minute due to the number of Ghouls spawned, their randomly placed spawn spots, and the gradual nature of their appearance during the ambush. The game didn't place objective markers on Ghouls to kill them either, making them even more difficult to find and eliminate. Attempting to hack in Operator mode was also impossible. I was playing solo as Loki when this happened. Could it have been the Ghouls or just the game throwing a random error? Either way, here's hoping it gets fixed.

Came back form being AFK for a minute or two, i began to move my mouse around to find a riven and i notice that it is lagging terribly with obvious delay of a half a second to a quarter of a second. Frame is 5fps. Its only happening when i am at the riven section when viewing all mods filtered by rarity. if i go to rivens section itself it has no issue, i go back to view all mods by rarity and it begins to lag. i can scroll away from the rivens and the lagging will clear up. i usually have no issue with fps running it at constant 72 fps on high, lag spikes are uncommon lest heavy particle is within view (mirage with laser weapons exploding as example). NOTE: i am running the game with am AMD FX-8350, 16gb of ddr3 RAM at 1600HRZ, with a MSI GTX-980 4gb, (the one that is basically a 1060-1070 on proccessing power) and my game window is set to 1920x1080
  16. i have noticed that the requiem fissure mission is staying a rescue mission evean after the timer ends its getting kind of annoing. it has been this way for more than 48 hours
  17. When there's the portal to go to the next "level", if you use your 1 downward to enter it; you get stuck into the ground in the next level. Even /unstuck doesn't work to get you out of this. Also, with Zephyr, I was able to fly over the map with my 1 ability because there's no "sky limit" and was able de fly away and far of the map. The map was the Grinee one with water in it ... sorry I don't know the name but it looks like a Eart tile set.

  19. So I went into High index with Mesa Prime, wanting to farm some credits with my friends. I started off with 25 point burden, not points just the burden, low health and everything. I then cashed in 1 credit thinking this would solve the issue. This is when I realised the severity of the bug, when i had 4.29e+03M burdens. This was fine, as it seemed to be cancelled out and I kept playing. After I died though I was back to 25 points burdens... So it seems this was the default. Also the points were called reactant and I found that funny xD
  20. When I was playing Grendel during a mission, this happened. I was using the 4th ability at the time, and upon hitting the water in Uranus, i did not exactly equip my archwing. I was stuck to the floor, rolling around like if I were still in the ball form, but with the abilities and guns of the archwing. Was unable to finish mission, and had to let team extract without me. Very funny bug though, I enjoyed being a rock at the bottom of the scene.
  21. Since update 26, I have noticed that whenever I go to select the Gauss warframe in my arsenal, his head is missing. However, as soon as I fully select him and go to the main loadout screen, his head reappears. It is not even a positioning thing either, as when Gauss moves in his animation, his head still does not appear. This isn't really a large issue, and I think it may have had a post made about it before, but I figured I would be safe and make a bug report about it myself.   22. So I was doing a sortie, final mission with the squad I was with since the first sortie mission. On starting the mission, you get the usual cut scene, I attempt to skip it, doesn't work, so I try again. Going by usual behaviour, trying again wouldn't affect the result, however it did, but immediately showed the cut scene of the boss we were fighting on Oro, Earth (councillor Vay Hek), his laugh was heard and the subtitle for the laugh appeared, before this screen disappeared entirely within around a second or so. From this point on, I could "see" the normal GUIs for playing warframe, however was unable to view my warframe, activate abilities, use my operator or weapons. I could see the map, but I couldn't open it up, nor were the characters on it moving. Objectives would change, as well as my energy level and my squad's health/shields. My companion was glitching around me and moving fast in a circle motion (going from above to below), eventually dying. I did not attempt to open progress so I can't comment on that. Movement was entirely frozen and I was above a body of water. Someone told me to screenshot it and post it on support (which took me here), as such, 3 screenshots will be attached below. One of the roughly original direction I was facing when I spawned, one of above and one of below. Funnily enough, above me I saw my the username of a squad member who just so happened to be at extraction ("Get to the objective. Players waiting for you: 3"). (EDIT: Forgot to mention that the actual cut scene for the boss's spawn appeared, which I skipped on impulse. As you can observe from the images, this had no effect)
