Ghouls Injector

On a recent mission for the first ghoul bounty my group made it all the way to the end. I happened to be carrying the processor and was running into the circle for where the Injector spawns as it spawned. When I got to the Injector, it did not accept the processor no matter what my group tried. The spawns seemed to actually be ignoring it as well. If it helps, I was Gara and may have transferred into my frame as I entered the spawn area for the Injector.

 

Edit: We were forced to end the mission early by going through the door.
