The Story of Umbra Carrier

He was once a beloved Carrier who served under xXxNoobKiller69xXx. They roamed the solar system with great pride and resolve. The faithful sentinel carried his ammo, protected him, loved him. Till one day, his master found a new friend, Carrier Prime. Much to his surprise, he was stripped of his Para skin and sold to the Void for his master needed an inventory slot. For years, he drifted alone and forgotten, but he was never dismayed. He held in his heart the will to survive and a dream to be whole once more.

But fate had other plans for him. He drifted into an abysmal and dark place where gravity swells collect all manner of objects from the neighboring ships and colonies. Unable to guide his own trajectory, he crashes into a pod. The pod explodes open revealing infested flesh merged with machine struggling to keep itself alive. The mass of flesh grabs little Carrier and begins enveloping it. Feeding off his tragic memories, consuming him. When the writhing settled, a new Carrier was born. Umbra Carrier, the amalgamation of a failed Umbra experiment and a discarded Carrier. The pure essence of Wrath and Vengeance in a seething package of evil. With its new powers, it sought after a new host to torment as his master once did. Harboring such hate and will, it was able to propel itself through the void and latch onto the closes ship it could find at the cost of its remaining energy reserves. Having been drained of the last of its electrical energy, it sat merged and malformed onto the ship's engine.

As fate would have it, a tenno named GoodGuy89 found the merged pile of infested and brought it on board the ship. He took Umbra Carrier to see Helminth to try to figure out if this infested flesh was as mindless as it was lifeless. Helminth sees it and proclaims, "This creature is one of hatred  and vengeance. It holds power beyond any simple creature of its size. I may not be able to control it." The tenno ignores the warning and connects it to Helminth upon which it immediately springs to life and tries to choke the Operator. Helminth grabs him and ties him down the chair. The tenno moves in to purge the infested flesh and succeeds in pacifying it. A few(24) hours later, the Umbra Carrier wakes up and finds itself in a familiar place. An inventory slot within a ship much like his previous master. He notes that his lust for vengeance is gone and that he has gained new powers unlike any he had before. He had returned to his old self. A happy Sentinel, willing and able. He was immediately redesigned and taken on missions. He destroyed any foe who would dare to come close and harm his new master with dagger like infested flesh shooting out of itself. He would on occasion create toxic clouds that would melt his enemies faces. He not only carried ammo but was able to produce his own as his master required. He grew more and more powerful by the day till he finally realized he found what he was looking for. He had found a new master, a new life, a new home. The End.

Carrier? No #*!%ing way. No. Wyrm. Yes, Wyrm please.

❄️Frost is the only warframe that would look right at home with that Umbra scarf-thing.❄️

DE has been getting way better at thinner cloths with nice physics, but we'd have to go the other way with Frost Umbra to get a nice puffy scarf. Gotta keep the cool boi well-togged.
