I can't start it. It always gives me this negative feedback sound and the Quest is greyed out. I already tried to relog, go on a mission and return, talk to Red Veil NPC on Larunda edit: Thanks Vaur. In addition, players must accomplish the Mot Survival node in the Void, the end node of the Void branch accessible via Sedna.
