Every time I load into a mission I keep ending up with the same configuration, even when I get back to my orbiter it shows that I was using the load out that I wanted to use but it keeps using the the other configuration. So I ended up having to copy the load out I wanted to use the load out that it keeps on using. But that didn't work either so I just got rid of all the other configs and just kept the one I wanted to use.
